The property was clean and staff excellent. Property not heavily booked Memorial Day weekend which made our stay a quiet enjoyable stay. Paid extra for a room with a view and was put on the first floor with not a great view. Once asking for a room on a higher floor the front desk representative Nancy immediately accommodated us. The hotel being on the property with Chateau Elan was great and in walking distance so we were able to dine at the restaurants there. Thus preventing us from driving around to find restaurants of high quality. Overall a great stay.

From checking to checking out, everyone that we encountered that worked there was friendly and helpful. Room was extra clean and bed was very comfortable. The public spaces were the same clean and inviting environment. Will stay at this location again.

The staff was very pleasant and attentive when they greeted us. Promptly fixed the coffee machine at breakfast when it spilled. Supplied extra toiletries we were short on. The lobbyy, pool, elevators and room were very clean. The only minor complaint was that our room smelled like wet dog when we came in and the pillows on our bed held that smell too. I'd stay there again.

It is a sublime place that has a feel of modern society; but...
It is a sublime place that has a feel of modern society; but still feels quaint, pristine, and far enough away from Atlanta that you know that you can reach it quickly but you don't feel surrounded by the rushed frenzy of a big city.
The hotel is brand new and the rooms are nicely decorated with a car racing theme because of the nearby Road Atlanta race track. The hotel has ample parking and the breakfast was good. Wi-Fi worked fine. Rooms was clean. Staff was very friendly. Location very convenient next to I-85, a bit more than half an hour from the Atlanta ring road. We were on the way from Birmingham to Charlotte and wanted to stay overnight somewhere beyond Atlanta. Really happy with our choice.
From the moment we walked up to check in, we were greeted with a smile and a hello. The hotel smelled really good. Everyone was going above and beyond to make everything tidy. The room was so clean and comfortable. I love the hard wood floors in the rooms! Breakfast this morning was outstanding! 10 out of 10!
easy to get to clean breakfast available but the management… The absolute best I have ever met in a motel hotel situation… she was working because someone else was unavailable. She had a smile on her face. She was very sweet, kind and gracious, in spite of everything on a full house weekend.
The location is great since it's only 13 minutes away from the race track, the hotel feels safe and secure, nice and clean with great workers, and good breakfast in the morning. Everytime I go to the race track I always make sure to book a room at this hotel.
The hotel was very clean, staff were accommodating, and the location is convenient to many things including the highway if you’re venturing out a bit. The vine view room and partial view of Chateau Elan’s main building was a nice touch.
Front desk check in attendant was extremely rude.

Immaculately clean rooms and exceptional customer service. Staff goes out of their way to accommodate their guests. They have the most comfortable beds I've slept in at a hotel.
I did not stay at that hotel because they had a system troubleshooting that cannot allocate any room and they send me to another hotel no matters how late was and raining
Breakfast bar was well stocked. Enjoyed the closeness to Chateau Elan and all its amenities. The bonus was the hotel shuttle to Chateau and its restaurants.
