If you are stuck in your room or just watching TV for GP. It didn't work well. The Refrigerator really never got cold. Room wasn't as clean all around, a lot of half-assed cleaning. But customer service was GREAT...
The hotel was newly remodeled. The room was nice, and very clean. Staff was very friendly and check in was easy. Free breakfast in the lobby was nice (sausage croissants, honey buns, Twinkies, sunny d, and coffee). We were in town for a wedding at The Vault. This hotel was really close to the venue and we had a good stay.
The friendliness of SOME of the staff especially the upstairs house keeper Leslie, it was convenient for travel to the area I needed to go to, but next time I think I will travel farther for a better stay
