The staff. The centralization of the location to the shops and restaurants.
Great facility. The only suggestion I would make would be to show the property from the side, not the shot of the second floor of the front. It's a misleading picture, in that I assumed the "apartments" were in a house that had been subdivided, instead of a revamped two story motel.
My stay was great, but the photo is misleading.

Beverly is a small New England city with a lovely shoreline and several picturesque beaches. It offers a good variety of restaurants to meet your diet needs.
Travel north along the shore brings you to several very lovely towns along the coastlines.

Hop, skip, and a train ride to Salem, Boston, Gloucester, and many other cool towns. Nick's Roast Beef across the street - an absolute must stop. Beautiful harbor and stop at the Anchor for the best seafood and Kino games.

Beverly is a lovely coastal town with a delightful downtown full of diverse shops and restaurants, not to mention a quick drive to Salem. Loved the Atomic Cafe for a fresh brew and roasted beans to take home.
Future travelers may want to investigate parking/pay options before visiting the centers. Sunday parking is complimentary.

A really nice beach area with beautiful homes.
A really nice beach area with beautiful homes. Amenities of all types were very close and accessible by car. Only a 10 minute drive from Salem. We also drove to a neighboring town that had a Trader Joe’s and lots of other stores and restaurants.

Staff is super friendly!
Staff is super friendly! Perfect location, just a few miles to downtown Salem. Easy parking. Room was super clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus, and brought to the room. Great experience and would definitely recommend! Wish we could’ve stayed longer!
Great location, close to Salem which was where we were visiting. Even with it being a self check in hotel, the staff were always available and accommodating. Any questions we had they answered swiftly. Better service than some hotels who have people on site. We were so happy with the service and enjoying our trip we extended our stay a night. The Beverly team is above and beyond amazing, thank you ! I definitely recommend staying here and I would stay again if we find ourselves in the area again :)
The Cabot Lodge is a lovely quaint hotel on the quieter of the 2 main streets running though Beverly.
The rooms are cosy and comfortable.
The kitchen area was very useful as it had a fridge/freezer & microwave. Also there is multifunctional water dispenser with coffee and tea available..
Staff are very friendly, helpful and just a pleasure to deal with.
We had a medical emergency and they were very supportive and helped us through this stressful time.
Place was very cute, comfortable and spacious, everyone was excited to have their own room! Kitchen nicely stocked with plenty of utensils, plates, cups, pots/pans. Excellent location! Super close to Boston, very close to Salem & Gloucester. Beverly is a beautiful historic town. The ceiling fan in kitchen helped with the humid air. Plenty of towels for ea guest. Convenient that grocery store only 1 mile.
I guess the new normal during COVID19 is a no physical contact hotel stay. Room numbers and door access codes sent by phone, no room service (we were there 3 nights) and check out is just turn out the lights and lock the door. We (2 couples 2 rooms) had no problem with emailing for assistance, but it’s different. Out of an 11 night tour this 3 nights was the only like that.
The location is great, only about 5 minutes or so to Salem. Good restaurants and cafes all within a couple minutes walk. The whole place is impeccably clean. They have a common area with a shared fridge, microwave, and a water station. The bed was very comfortable and the sustainably provided shampoo, body wash, etc. was a nice touch.
The Beverly was easy to find and the room was great although a little bit dark due to the small window in the lounge.
It was great to be able to open both the windows in the lounge and the bedroom though as I love fresh air to sleep.
The team there are great too and so helpful.
It was just what I needed to be still for a while.
Quick walk to a peaceful small beach, 7 mins from Salem so made traveling back and forth super easy. And it was a lot cheaper to stay there than inside Salem and you got the bonus of the beach and just a peaceful atmosphere.
The hotel is in a really nice location close to bars, shops and restaurants. It also makes great use of limited space and it's a stylish establishment.
There was ample street parking around the back of the hotel.
Pleasant, no frills, updated “motel” style room with the usual hotel amenities. Comfortable beds, open windows, quiet neighborhood, clean rooms, friendly staff (but only through text).
