Rooms were dirty, carpeting dirt & grease stains, furniture was scraped up, old like it came from a dump. the place smell Terrible like a foul stank. Im very surprised Super 8 would allow this operation to use there name and be in operation. I wounder if the health department there has ever been notified & Better Business ?

The drive in West Virginia is spectacular. For us Beckley was a perfect place to stop overnight and continue our journey up north.
The staff were helpful and very friendly and the guests were also very nice to talk to and polite.

Beckley was wonderful, we attended Bridge day, and just enjoyed the mountains. Beckley us full of great memories for us, it's just a shame the motel was so disappointing especially when we were not expecting 4 star facility, but the staff and rooms were a joke!

I expected more of this property for the price and the fact that it's owned by Hilton. This is a bare-bones hotel. No microwave or closet in the room. It was clean and sufficient for one night, though.

great town with lots of historical sites to see, people great very friendly, clean town we took a train trip that was good. the town needs to catch or paint over the graffiti on building along train tracks,
lots of choice for food, fast or family or extravagant, lots to do here we just didn't have time to do more.

If you like Italian food, steak, and/or seafood, Casablanca has it all in a quite setting 2 miles from Microtel Inns & Suites. Prices were so low for the food served, it blew me away! No better place to get value for the $ spent.
Over the years, our family has stayed at different local hotels for our trips to Winterplace. We finally found a GREAT one!! This place had: one of the cleanest rooms we've ever stayed in, the MOST comfortable mattress and linens, VERY clean room and bathroom, and a great breakfast!! This place blew Tru by Hilton out of the park!! If you're looking for a great place for a quick trip to Winterplace, look no further!!
First of all, Beckley is a great location to stay if you are exploring the New River Gorge area. This home was in a quiet area of Beckley, clean and very comfortable. We did not have children along but it would be a great place for kids as it had a game room and also a large yard with a trampoline and basketball hoop. There was even a bicycle for use and several large televisions. I loved the spa bathtub!
The room was spacious; the beds were comfortable and queens. No smells. The indoor pool and jacuzzi are open until midnight. There were enough tables for everyone in the breakfast room. Breakfast included. Check out at noon. We will return to this hotel with pleasure.
The room was a nice size. Clean and the bed was comfortable. It was nice to have a couch/sitting area apart from the bed. The hotel is conveniently located to interstates and there are plenty of restaurant options nearby on Harper Road and in the rest of Beckley.
The breakfast was very good. More than I expected. We requested a room not facing interstate. That made it quiet. You could still hear a lot of noise in hotel. Loud door closing and thin walls. It was an okay place for one night. Friendly staff. Clean room.

When we arrived, Beach the front desk amazing. She was customer service exemplafied. She was amazing a so helpful after a long day of driving. With Bekah, the Microelectronics Inn could easily be the Welcome Center for Beckley, WV.
