I came with my family for the NYE Decadence rave. It was amazing! I have to admit, renting a car for the weekend was a huge convenience and lifesaver! This hotel is directly across the parking lot to a sister hotel, which my friends stayed at, so going back and forth in between hotels to see each other wasn't a problem at all. There were a lot of fast food spots near the hotel, some of which I've tried for the first time being from the east coast. Close to the highways to get to many destinations within the Phoenix area. It was about a 10 minute drive to the Phoenix Raceway where the raves were held. We took Ubers to and from the rave and didn't wait very long although they did get a bit pricey. I liked that the hotel was filled with people going to the rave so I was able to make friends over small conversation about the show.

Avondale is easy to get around you can take side streets to most area stores & restaurants.
Fiesta Mexicana has very good mexican food and large portions.
Hilton Garden is not far from Odysea Aquarium or the Wild Life Zoo.

Nice local, easy on off at I10 and close to shopping and events. Nice quiet room. thought maybe accommodations were a little sparse for cost of room. Tub needs something in it to prevent falls. Overall I got two good nights of rest. Kitchen has an incredible staff, cook does a nice job on breakfast.

This was a very comfortable home that included all the basics to be comfortable and plenty of space to accommodate our family of 5. Great home for the price that was conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and major highways for getting around.
The hotel was on point with everything. The night desk staff was kind and accommodating and made us feel very welcome. The room was very clean and well put together. The bathroom was a perfect size and the water pressure was strong which led to a soothing hot shower just before I crawled into a dream of a bed and proceeded to sleep as sound as ever. i totally love this place and I wouldn't mind calling My place again in the near future.
Like everything about the hotel. The location was wonderful but more so the interior was absolutely beautiful! Also being able to have different types of breakfast downstairs in the lobby was so easy! Staff for the restaurant area was absolutely wonderful. Coffee & fruit water in lobby, appreciated.

Not one thing as it was not a hotel at all. AND was completely dark when i arrived. Looked like house was empty for long time. Then when i said i had cancelled due to what i thought was scam. They tolf me i had already booked it and would not refund my money. They were wrong. ROFL.
WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE LOCATION AND CLEANLINESS OF THE HOUSE. THERE WAS PLENTY OF ROOM TO RELAX AND ENJOY OURSELVES. THE HOUSE WAS LOCATED WITHIN A FEW MILES FROM THE STORES, CASINO, STADIUM AND SISTER'S HOME. NEXT TIME WE TRAVEL TO AVONDALE, WE WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN!
The room was clean and spacious. The price was great. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel is right next door to the freeway and we could hear the traffic it was not to loud and I was able to sleep in the comfortable bed all night.
I liked staying at a house vs a hotel there was room a full kitchen with all the dishes, utensils and pots you would need, all the comforts of home and privacy. The neighborhood was quite and close to everything! I can't wait to visit again.
it was easy access to the room form parking. I liked that the hotel wasn't so big and busy. the cleanliness and comfort were great! I really liked the king bed with kitchenette.Hilton has done a great job designing this hotel.
The hotel was reasonably close to our event location at Phoenix Raceway. The breakfast was fresh and the selection of breakfast items was good. The staff was friendly and the lobby area and patio area was comfortable.
