Everyone who worked there were nice, never rude. The people in the room below me were even nice and understanding about my 3 loud crazy kids. It was peaceful and everyone is just doing their own thing.

The room had a bad smell the security latch on the door was broken and hanging on one screw the staff was rude bed had a hair in it and nothing was clean. No one took pride in there work I ask for extra pillows and towels they never came. If you want to have a good night stay book a Hilton or Marriott. This hotel is perfect if you want to do drugs.

I will be disputing charges i never got back my deposit and i world like a full refund i was there for about 6 hours then left when i had booked 2 nights it was unsafe and staff was incredibly rude i am so disappointed in this stay
They don’t clean your room for 7 day after hard days of work you come to a dirty room no towels all for the name of Covid but they have put all the cleaning fees on your bill for 3 day stay We had to call for the new towels and they don’t tell you this when you check in I think they are super under staff and using Covid as a excuse not to clean the room cause I been staying many hotels for Traveling this is the 1st time I heard this
Used to be the Ramada, now it is the comfort and totally remodeled refurbished.... Just don't pay resort fees which they add on because there is no restaurant or bar. I've been a chef for over 30 years and you don't pay resort fees on it just a nice hotel. Overall very clean and new
I wanted to reserved a room at the Days inn West Hayward but in was sent to Antioch,which I called and cancelled.Now there saying I lost my money's a no show but I spoke with the manager&was told I'd get my moey
I don't know why people have this hotel so poorly rated. For the price i paid i think it was excellent. I would 100% recommend this place. Clean and comfortable beds. My family and i enjoyed our stay.
