The most what we like was that the apartament was really clean and looks good. We had really fresh or maybe new towels, so that was really comfortable.
You can also play some tennis in your free time or have a BBQ in special place around building.

loved the wood floors, exceptionally clean and comfortable. such a nice, and quiet place to relax and a convenient location for walking to the beach, as well as restaurants, shopping, coffee etc. The whole establishment appeared to be recently renovated compared to other places we have stayed in the past. They have direct access to the beach which is very nice and cabana boys that will put up umbrellas and chairs. Staff was nice location was good.
I didn’t feel the accommodations were what I was led to believe in the photos. Tiny tiny bathroom & barely a kitchen , kitchen facilities lacking , pull out couch extremely uncomfortable tv noisy. I thought I booked first floor facing the ocean and we got second floor facing the trees

What i enjoyed the most was the relaxing stay on the ocean...
What i enjoyed the most was the relaxing stay on the ocean on a winter weekend. Although not able to utilize the beach, for me, there is nothing more relaxing than waking up to the ocean. I don't need to be in it, just need to see it. Since i enjoy the off season quietness, i have no dislikes. perfect weekend.

Since the location is right at he beginning of Montauk it is mot as crowded as downtown Montauk. It is an easy trip by car to downtown for great food . The lighthouse at the end of the highway is also a beautiful spot.
This property is beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised with the studio apartment style room. Everything was fully stocked, anything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Private beach is within walking distance and we stayed at one of the buildings closer to the street. Montauk itself is a short drive away.
