The most what we like was that the apartament was really clean and looks good. We had really fresh or maybe new towels, so that was really comfortable.

Right on the beach, not too crowded. Nice warm pool. Proximity to town. Very close to supermarket too. Very nice staff. Kitchen in room. Bedding fresh and new. Grills on deck. Great value.

I didn’t feel the accommodations were what I was led to believe in the photos. Tiny tiny bathroom & barely a kitchen , kitchen facilities lacking , pull out couch extremely uncomfortable tv noisy. I thought I booked first floor facing the ocean and we got second floor facing the trees

Had no complaints really, the place is decent. Some outdated carpet and shotty tile grout along with trees blocking my view of the ocean but honestly....it was a very nice place to stay ill come again for sure.

What i enjoyed the most was the relaxing stay on the ocean...
What i enjoyed the most was the relaxing stay on the ocean on a winter weekend. Although not able to utilize the beach, for me, there is nothing more relaxing than waking up to the ocean. I don't need to be in it, just need to see it. Since i enjoy the off season quietness, i have no dislikes. perfect weekend.

Since the location is right at he beginning of Montauk it is mot as crowded as downtown Montauk. It is an easy trip by car to downtown for great food . The lighthouse at the end of the highway is also a beautiful spot.
This property is beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised with the studio apartment style room. Everything was fully stocked, anything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Private beach is within walking distance and we stayed at one of the buildings closer to the street. Montauk itself is a short drive away.
Perfect location by a private beach. Able to book chairs and umbrellas ahead of time for the next day. Pool was perfect. Great location and quick drive into Montauk
