The hotel staff was very nice but the room was disgusting. Huge stains on the sofa, big hole in the ceiling bathroom, bugs, dusty floor. i would never stay there again

The only thing I like was the location. It was very close to the event space.

Great location to stay and commute to Augusta for The Masters. Easy to find, staff very friendly and helpful. We had a few problems and they sorted them out quickly and efficiently. Made good recommendation of place to eat locally and get 10% off if show you are staying at The Sleep Inn. Slept really well, bed comfortable, air conditioning worked well and you could control. Shower good and quality of towels that were changed frequently.

We have family living there so we spend a lot of time in family activities. Downtown is a great place to spend time shopping and the restaurants are plentiful and diverse. A great many parks for the grandkids to play in and explore, we go to a different one each time they visit. Antiquing is our family’s favorite pastime and there are plenty of places to wander through and browse.

I was there to teach a class at Aiken Tech. Didn't have much time for tourist activities. Ate at Jade Restaurant, really liked it. This is my second trip to Aiken for the same reason, so I'm starting to find my way around without depending on GPS. Nothing sticks out as far as wanting to avoid.

Restaurants were only open on certain days and certain hours. A couple of places we wanted to go to was partially closed. The weather was nice and people were friendly. A lot of smokers here. Restaurants have tables by the front door so you have to wade through the smoke and one restaurant we went to the smoke followed you in the door.

I lovely to come there especially Aiken it’s beautiful quiet and stylish comfort it’s beautiful there I lovely just became to relax and enjoy the seeing just enjoying traveling and food is amazing good
We were in Aiken for a horse show and the Houndslake Inn more than suited our needs. We were up at 5 am and it was really nice to grab coffee, peanut butter honey toast and a bagel before heading to the horses. It was really quiet and pleasant. I loved being able to walk out to the nature path with our dog.
Shower pressure and room set up was great too.
it was absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had!!!! I checked in and immediately checked out upon seeing the condition of the room. The staff was oblivious of my frustration stating that “I guess you didn’t need the room for long.” I’d honestly recommend removing my name from this hotel if I were a representative of Quality Inn.
The staff at breakfast was phenomenal. They always went above and beyond expectation. Your hostesses Belinda and Jennifer are exceptional in all aspects of their job. They definitely will be one of our reasons to revisit your hotel. Other services and staff were also very amenable to any of our requests or needs.
The location is a dump and I was afraid of the food. I got a jelly that was so old it had turned to rubber and was still sealed. How in the WORLD did they get a Comfort Inns and Suites franchise? I have stayed at horrible hotels and this was one of my worst ten and I am being kind.
The breakfast had plenty of choices and for the most part was well supplied. The room was a great value for the money. It had no bed bugs and was quite comfortable. The mattresses maybe could use some updating though. The front desk was very helpful.
The staff was excellent, the facilities and room beautiful and comfortable. Bar wait staff was attentive, restaurant wait staff just great. Location was good as we walked a short distance into downtown Aiken. Wonderful place for a special occasion.
The property does not look like the pictures this hotel is nasty I’m not use to staying in these conditions each room had a nasty smell. It was extremely distinguishing. Then need to update the pictures to show how the property really looks.
The cleanest and most refreshing hotel I’ve stayed in.
All staff was friendly and the gentlemen at the counter was very welcoming.
It was one of the best experiences in a hotel I have ever had.
This facility has become my home away from home whenever I visit Aiken this past year. From the staff to the suites, it's always a pleasurable experience. I plan to be back soon.
