Javelin hotel is a great place to be while in Kampala at a budget.The rooms are great, service and also have a restaurant at the rooftop.The have a very beautiful view,I met Joan who helped me check in,organized my rides as I didn't even have a local number.She is very good at her job and super friendly.I also met Kevin,his communication was great on WhatsApp and gave me the directions to the hotel.I will definitely get back there on my next trip to Kampala.
