The staff in this hotel have the best service attitude I have ever encountered. Friendly, professional and always willing to help.
The hotel shuttle drivers were friendly and very punctual.
We experienced the earthquake having breakfast and the service staff ensured our safety by evacuating us calmly and professionally…they must have felt scared and worried too. Kudos to the great service attitude!
The concierge staff was really helpful throughout our stay, helping to book the shuttle van and responding last minute as we missed our train from Yilan. He also helped to carry the luggages down 7 floors as the lift were under review after the earthquake. Thank you so much!
Great spread for breakfast and hotel provided free food for afternoon snacks and evening snacks. Loved these!
The jacuzzi pool with hot springs water was very relaxing. One of the nozzle did not work and the lifeguard immediately responded and got it fixed! Great efficiency!

The free hot springs in the Jiaoxi Hot Spring Park and Tangweigou Park are enjoyable. Easy to reach them, right besides with many vendors and convenient stores where can buy some drinks, snacks. Recommend to bring your own towels and shorts. The hotspring is very warm around 40 degree Celsius.

When I booked the hotel because has Japan style onsen in and room and public. The room too small for superior double room but it was single room. Hotel include buffer breakfast and gym at 9 floor. Gym hour from 0900 - 2100. The public onsen from 0700-1100 then from 1500-2300. I requested gym hour open two hour early from 0700-2100. Because the original hour gym is not ideal time for guest to use it. The price for hotel too expensive because the Japan style almost same in Japan but not quite yet but charge same price as it was in Japan. Jiaoxi is onsen town and I believe there should be other hotel cheaper and offer the same service

Whether it was our hotel manager or shop owners, people were not friendly. We went to a public hot spring spa, and it was overpriced and there was no water. It is not family friendly nor tourist friendly.
Great establiahment with friendly staff and spacious rooms. We were on the 6th floor and our room was spotless, equipment was new, everything was in working condition, WiFi was decent. Guests may find the int'l AC wall sockets useful as well.
We also had simple, but delicious breakfast, which can be requested to be served in the room. Indeed an enjoyable, modern hotel. Would come again.
Location was good. In the heart, near a onsen park, just beside. Plenty of food around location too. Just that hotel is difficult to find. It was located beside a restaurant.
Fairly new place, very clean. But very wet weather in Yilan. No boiling flask in room, as there is hot/cold water depenser. But Owner quickly lent hers to us as we travel with baby.
Breakfast was very nice.
Loved everything about this place, especially the Osen bath in our hotel room. We planned to go to the outdoor onsen, but there was a lot of mosquito’s during this season so really glad we could have it right in the comfort of our room! Staff was professional and friendly, lots of activities and location was great!
Even though the location was not in the city, it was a little bit outside, but the hotel provided free bicycle rent. By bicycle it was around 10-15 min to the city center.
I stayed at mix dorm, bed was super comfortable and the room was big, with a mountain view, locker and very good shower.
The hotel is only about 5mins walk from the station. Breakfast is not bad although there are not too many choices in the buffet. The hotel also provides complimentary drinks and the tea set is quite nice. The best part if of course, the private hot spring in the room.
Free sumptious breakfast and adequate afternoon tea provided. Hotel is beautifully designed in Japanese style. I had the loft room which had 2 storeys. Spacious and lovely bedroom upstairs and gigantic bathroom with a large tub for soaking in hot spring water.
The hotel is amazing, room is spacious, and the hotspring inside the room makes it more amazing. The room is clean, bed is comfortable, it's a bonus where we can choose our own pillow of the preferred hardness. Hotel's breakfast is with quality.
Great location, you have everything around. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. There are many restaurants and bars around. The staff didn't speak English but they did their best to accommodate me, they were super kind, polite and helpful.
property is not bad, but the staff there cannot make it, especially 16/2/2024 ard 10pm the guy wearing glasses and beach shirt at reception, attitude problem.

Nice, clean accommodation in the city center with huge bath, where you have hot spring tube. Hotel provided us even bigger and better room than we booked for the same price. Staff was very nice and helpful. Overall stay was very pleasant.
Lovely boutique hotel with nice deep in-room hot spring tub and natural hot spring water. Service oriented staff that even provided us with freshly prepared sandwiches n coffee/tea even though our package did not come with breakfast.
the location is excellent,2 -3minutes walk at the jiaoxi hot spring pArk and have his own private property parking so very easy for us to carry all our things in and out of our room.
