It's a beautiful place with lots of scenery and nice weather, the people there are friendly and kind. it's not crowded and easy to drive around. lots of restaurants and coffee shops on the the Mountains with a beautiful view
Location: 1 hour from Istanbul! There are no very bathing beaches in the area! 1 hour to the Black Sea and half an hour to the nearest good beach even at the Marmara Sea! Many good restaurants in the area! Surroundings are nicely arranged!
The hotel is beautiful! The Turkish bath is extraordinary! The breakfast is plentiful and delicious, although there is not much choice in the meat preparation.
The hotel restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere!

This is my second time since 4 years back and the hotel remain on its 5 stars loyalty... I like this hotel too much for the valued location front the sea and the multi and variety coffee shops just front the hotel directly. Clean, very beautiful swimming pool and quality of food at the hotel
The staff did not speak or understand any English, however they tried to communicate using Google Translate and were helpful. There was paid parking just opposite the hotel entrance. The staff tried to meet our family needs by giving us extra bedroom, as there was mistake with our booking.
The breakfast was good. Value for money was not good since we know that Ramada at Izmit charges much less for bookings directly done with them and not with Booking. The attitude of other guests in fact their children in the hotel was very poor making the stay for the other guests not good.
The staffs speaks good English. The price of the stay is very good. The hotel is new and every equipment works very well especially the air conditioner is important for me. We find the location easily. There are restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy near the hotel.
The hotel itself was nice, also the location was OK, easy to be reached by car and with availability to park in front of the hotel for free. The rooms were lean and spacious, the breakfast was fine and there was free Wi-Fi available.
I've travelled with my family and this was an intermediary stay in our holiday. The hotel is very comfortable and easy to find it. Although we've arrived later than we've previously announced the late check in was done quickly.
Location was excellent and the seaview was amazing. Staff was really friendly and helpful, especially Burak at the reception who was really friendly and very professional and made our two-day stay at the hotel pleasant.
Everything was perfect except the location. It's good if u have ur own car else it's far from Izmit sahil yolu.
Breakfast was good but there's no juice!!! It won't cost them much to add some juice.
