The facility has very clean and fresh rooms. Food is delicious and you can find the traditional Turkish breakfast though. The sun bedding area was awesome, near to the sea and comfortable. You can feel the sun and sea waves in peace.

What is luxury? If you are looking for the "real" luxury away from bling bling this is a great location. The situation in the bay of Karaburun is sublime. The rooms with a private balcony give privacy and amazing sunset views. The rooms are equipped with everything you need. There is a great terrace with direct access to the agean see - swim in clear water with the fish.
The Hotel is very clean and maintained all the time.
Örge is a great host. Invisible if you are looking for privacy, always available if you need something.
I assume it is not an easy job to run a hotel. After staying there for 3 nights I have not been able to understand the Google reviews, am I so different? I see it as my fault, I should have done a better research; I expected the service of a boutique hotel but it seems to be an apartment service (in a hotelroom).
I do wish the fam all the luck with running the hotel.
Enjoyed my stay at the hotel, definitely would love to come back! Location is beautiful, room is lovely, breakfast was delicious, staff who works at the hotel is truly amazing! My room was upgraded to a sea front, just wanted to stay there longer! :) At the hotel they sell Turkish delight - bought a big box of sweets to take home.
We stayed at very spacious rooms with a lot of artistic characters and thoughts. The owner being a restoration specialist for historic buildings, this hotel used to be three village houses now connected and beautifully restored as one with a nice court yard, a lot of antiques and relaxing atmosphere.
Awesome seaside hotel. Listed to ocean waves at night. Arrived late after a flight (01:15 or so). Staff was super friendly and hospitable throughout my stay. Room was very comfortable with nice stone finishes throughout and modern bathroom fixtures. Great on-site cafe restaurant.

Small and very comfortable hotel just across the street from the beach. Room was clean and had good furniture. Exceptionally nice stuff members! They arranged for me transfers from and to the Istanbul airport and were very helpful overall! Super happy with my stay.
