This was a fabulous hotel, it was so clean and the staff were brilliant especially the night reception and the bar area. You can tell the staff love working there! The location is perfect for the bars and the beach and the food was great. It was also the nicest most relaxing pool area and gardens I’ve ever experienced. My partner and I very much enjoyed staying here and will be back again!

Some places are hard to leave and the Costa Luvi is definitely one of them. We had an amazing time at the hotel surroundings with 20 months old baby, we appreciated the beautiful calm and very relaxing garden of the hotel where you can spend calm days even with children around. The staff was very nice and professional at the same time, helpful and made us feel so good there. Special thanks to Yusuf and Arman.

We had a lovely stay at Gun-Ay Hotel. Staff were lovely and we appreciated all that they did for us - from organising taxi’s and transfers, to arranging laundry. The pool area was lovely and clean. Turkish breakfasts were good.

Where to start? The hotel was so beautiful, looks exactly like pictures, is very modern and clean. The pool is so nice and well kept and the staff were so helpful, polite and welcoming. It was in a good central location and the room was very spacious with a cute balcony. We have never had such a good hotel experience, it was perfection. I returned this year and it has changed a lot.
So much bigger, not as clean or well kept as before and not as appealing as it used to be.
Déjà-vu is an excellent dancing bar.
Time out bar is a good place to sit, chat and relax.
Lovely jubilee is a fabulous snack bar - eat there or take away.
The constant hassle from the shops did get tedious which had definitely increased.
However, despite this I would probably come back another time.

Nice place to visit, streets and roads are in need of some repair and a bit steep in area's, not fully accessible for people with mobility issues, lot's going on though, shops/restaurants etc. Plenty of activities on the beach if you have money to spend

If you want good food, there are plenty of good quality restaurants.
If you want a nice quiet day, take a stroll to either Bodrum or Bitez .Both in walking distance if you are fit.

Lots of bars & shops. Shop owners can be a bit pushy but to be expected. Limited choice of goods I suspect but if you want shoes, bags, tee shirts & track suits you'll be in heaven. Some jewellery too and lots of beauty saloons & tattooists.

Gumbet is great if you want to Party most nights and shop, the people are lovely and we had some amazing food in the local restaurants.
Gumbet itself is not very clean and seems a bit run down and the beaches are not looked after ie not raked daily as in many other european countries. A fair amount of money needs to be spent to get the resort up to a good Standard. A dolmus ride away is Bitez which is beautiful and its well worth going there instead of Gumbet.
Sadly we will not be returning to this area as we have stayed in many other parts of Turkey that are much nicer but at least we have experienced it.
Everything was wonderful. All inclusive meals are tasty and good quality. Staff is really good. Beach and pools are clean and peaceful. All hotel is well groomed. We had some problems in our rooms thanks to staff that helped us to change room and made little surprise for us special. Environment is good in hotel. Especially quality of customers.. there were not any problematic people as a guest in the hotel which you can see so much in other hotels.. We will prefer that hotel in the next holidays absolutely. Thanks guys

Ideal location, between party Gumbet and calm Bitez. Taxi to anywhere is equally 10-12 minutes and 80-100 lire.
This review is for Costa Bitezhan hotel, as the original property could not accommodate us due to a last minute issue with the reservation. However, the staff did everything they could to resolve the situation quickly, and our trip did not suffer at all. The substitute property was very similar to this one, located nearby, so we got all the amenities we were looking for. The food was fresh and nice, and the beach quiet and clean. The staff are friendly and communicative.
Myself and my boyfriend stayed here for a couple of days while touring round Turkey, the staff were amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful. The food was great with a good selection, we also tried out Mango bar within the hotel which was also great. Our room over looked the pool which was amazing to wake up to every morning. Lastly the location of this hotel is spot on, right in the middle of Gumbet beach, you couldn’t get a better location!
Location close to the sea but the area is not clean at all. The hotel was once a pearl of Bodrum, but in the meantime it has lost its spark and seems somehow stuck in time. The rooms are clean but the furniture is very old and the rooms have a strange smell. The food is not that varied for an all-inclusive hotel, but you won't starve. The drinks are ok. Overall a satisfactory quality-price ratio.
We liked our room with a great view from the balcony and that they offer free parking, which is hard to come by in Bodrum. It’s a bit outside city center, but it’s fine, since the area around the hotel has lovely bars, restaurants and beach access. We even prefered to stay here and not in the city center. Staff is friendly and the room and hotel in general is clean and well maintained.
The location is very nice, beach is very good (but with sharp stones) and the water is just warm and amazingly clean. The animation is really good: night clubs, yoga in the morning and other things. I did really like my stay and Bodrum is amazing ! A lot of water activities just close to the hotel.
Overall, the cleanliness at the hotel was excellent; both the common areas and the rooms were meticulously cleaned. The staff were very friendly, and their service was exceptional, making you feel at home. Additionally, it was easy to reach the Bodrum city center.

Bodrum is the best location for summer holiday. You have simply not enough time to enjoy the city. Hotel staff was nice and helpful. İ enjoyed a la carte restaurant experience which is included if you stay more than 6 days.
The breakfast was excellent, the bar service and the location of the hotel is perfect centrally located to all local amenities. In fact I told the front desk staff that I would definitely stay there next time
