They have cancelled my booking when I arrived at hotel, I have to struggle a lot for cab and paid lots of money in cab fair from airport to hotel and to another hotel....

Esenyurt was where I wanted to spend time as other family members lived in the same part of the city. The location of Onay Life was the best for me because it was within walking distance of my friends and other family members. Also, it was just in the middle of grocery shops, and restaurants, and accessible to shopping centers by taxi at reasonable prices.

it's quiet and peaceful, transportation always available, i stayed close or near kbati mall, i enjoined the mall and surrounding restaurants, it would be better to have a companion, and i would differently take my spouse next time.

It is very far from Taksim square taxi charged around £15 one way , unlike other hotel they did not provide shuttle services from the hotel.
There was a very strong smell of cigarette at the lobby.
They rooms are partition by cardboard which makes it impossible not to hear the conversations from adjacent and above rooms.
Very clean luxurious apartment ,the area is very nice and near to restaurants , meteo Station and shopping centres . I will definitely book it again whenever I visit Istanbul. Strongly recommend
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

Hotel is good and the location which is most important for people or tourist.
Rooms are huge for big families. Restaurants, market, banks and parks are close to this location.
While booking it has free parking but there is no parking at all. I had a lot of problem parking my car. The hotel is not family friendly at all. Customer service is very poor.
Location is great if you’re moving between Bahchashehir, Esenyurt & Beylikduzu.

Location was Ok and hotel was also good but there was not breakfast... there must be breakfast too so that we can save our time to go other side for breakfast.
