Location is perfect. The staff was friendly. We had to spend just one night for transit, and it was just as I thought. The breakfast in the room was nice, if you don’t expect oysters and champagne. Delicious fresh bread, chicken ham, olives, tomatoes, cheese, butter, jam, honey and tee or coffee. Helped us to book taxi to the airport in few minutes, with normal average taxi price.
We had a room with terrace, it was nice.

I was very impressed as soon as I walked in. Staff was friendly and so helpful. I got up around 2:00am feeling very sick. I called the front desk and said I needed help getting to a Doctor. They were so fast, got me to urgent care. A staff member name “ IBRIHIM” took me and stayed with me the whole time. He went up and beyond to take care of me. He used his phone so I could understand everything. I was by myself traveling and only needed to stay overnight. He even took me to the airport. This is the first time I was in Turkey.
God bless IBRIHIM, the world would be a better place if we had more like him in the world. Thank so much.

I had the worse experience with this hotel, and they have one more hotel next to it. which is named by "loft airport". rooms were infested with bed bugs and when I told them to change my room I went to different room. I forgot my wallet in the first room. the housekeeper ladies stole my wallet with 2800$, credit cards, debit card, driver license in it. Basically, left with nothing and I had my kids and wife with me. I requested the surveillance from the owners "Annas and his brother "Ibrahim". they were being very shady about it. after with long time talking and haggling, they showed me a video and it clearly showed the housekeeper lady they have coming out with my wallet. but they were just ignoring it. I called the cops and went to police station. the whole night was sitting there. nothing happened. Just want to alert people from these scammers. someone at the hotel told me they attentionally hire these people to steal things from people. and visitor can do nothing. beware of these scammers. Also," LOFT AIRPORT" hotel belongs to these scammers. they destroyed my whole vacation. turkey is just full of scammers, there motive is to just rob tourist. please stay away from these scammers. I

I was rather surprised by the location of the hotel with very little around it. But staff were very helpful and friendly and room was clean and comfortable. It was fine for quick access to the airport and airport pickup was very good too

The area is convenient for the airport but otherwise rather uninteresting. It's a new town, presumably built to accommodate the people (and their families) who built the airport and the roads leading to the airport. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and sundry shops, as well as several beautiful mosques, but that's about it. No one speaks English (to be expected) so Google translate is your friend here.

This rather distant suburb of Istanbul is convenient to the airport (15 minute drive on a highway) but doesn’t have much else going for it. There are a number of ‘airport’ hotels along the main road but it’s not at all touristy. Very little to no English spoken ( as expected) including the hotel staff ) but everyone is friendly and willing to help using some sort of translation app. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and grocery stores along the main road , open even during Ramadan.
It’s convenient for a short stopover but if you want to visit Istanbul you’re better off spending more money to stay in the city as taxi costs and traffic back and forth would not be worth it.

The host was lovely but the only problem is that the neighbouring rooms have guests and the doors have glass panes, so the light in the hallway shone right through the door. I can’t sleep in bright light so couldn’t sleep well. The host and the other guests kept moving and talking until well past 1:00am which didn’t help especially with my early flight. The toilet looked nice but not very practical and was shared among all rooms in the floor. Positively, the toilet had a flush (shataf) which is nice for Muslim travellers. Overall, it was reasonable but not great.

as always great hospitality, excellent service. The hotel is new and at the time of arrival there was no restaurant, but we were offered to order food from a restaurant near the hotel. Everything was delivered to our room, the food was great! Very convenient location if you need to wait for a transfer to another flight, the hotel is close to the airport. Big plus of this place that we could stay with our dog there/
