Overall this property was clean, had a good balance of lively activity and restful periods throughout the day. The staff were all very happy and friendly. Myself and partner had a bad start to our holiday being at El Mouradi Palace, nevertheless Iberostar changed our perspective on Tunisia and was more than willing to get are second attempt to our holiday started on the right note. Staff were more than helpful when hearing about our previous experience. There were also no complaints about the food.

It was a beautiful unforgettable days. Thank you Marhaba Place. Thank you to all the workers there. Great reception, clean place, good food and distinctive and varied services. Thank you to the animation and games workers. I cannot forget to mention Mr. Hatem at the reception and Mr. Nizar as well. Excellent place to stay. The room was comfy, spacious and spotless with nice furniture and crisp bed sheet and a fantastic sea view balcony. The staff, especiially the friendly and lovely Hiba at the front desk was very nice, helpful and professional . The vibes were great and the food was superb with a huge variety of options and the service was excellent and fast. Thank you all for making our stay so pleasant and memorable.

I am partly disabled they was not electric mobility scooters to rent for me to get around where I want to go outside the hotel I was stuck in the hotel in my own company, the beach was too far for me to walk which I would have loved to go down to I love my seafront that was very disappointed. And also yes I will love to come back to the Port EAl Kantaoul.

I've been going to Kantaoui for approximately 18 years - so am obviously a fan! I love the weather and the people, and the fact they remember you even after a four year gap between visits - always at my happiest there :-)
And you have to visit Restaurant Le Méditerranée - best seafood!

We encountered a slight delay at the check-in, but the front office manager and the client relationship officer promptly greeted us and ensured that the process was completed in a timely manner. Additionally, we received a complimentary room upgrade at the original booking rate, despite the hotel being busy at this time of the year. The staff's exceptional friendliness always accompanies a warm and welcoming smile.
Our room was beautiful and exceptionally clean. The pool was very clean and had a choice of fresh water and salt water. There were always plenty of sun beds available. The beach is immediately outside the hotel with a lovely beach bar serving food and drinks. The staff were extremely welcoming and professional
