Excellent customer service.. Excellent food 😋especially Friday night which is 🇹🇳 food . Very organised hotel ..and a very reasonable price 👌 miss Houda is very professional in her Job and responds to messages etc as quick as she can... please bare in mind that she has the responsibility of managing a very big hotel ..so don't expect a response immediately.. The Front staff are also very helpful and organised people... I brought a pair of sun 🕶 glasses in the souvenir shop very good quality only 9 euros💶... I will be returning back to the hotel later in the year ... Tunisian people very friendly from the heart.. all they require from you the customer... ( is to show respect ).....

The staff are all so friendly and wonderful. The hotel was clean and relaxing. Felt like a real holiday. I will miss all the staff. It was my second stay here and i will be planning my next stay in this hotel shortly

My stay was beyond my expectations it was great fabulous starting from the parking,moment of checking-in with Jihed-aziz he was professional welcoming I was on depression when o stepped in I was sick however the way of aziz approach it was great I calmed dawn and I can’t forget the day at the spa 🧖♀️ Mohamed Ali who encouraged me to experience the facilities the he was very helpful professional cultivated he helped me to come over my sadness he was very caring to each one stepped in to the pool to the spa I felt I’am home with family thanks Mohamed Ali for each supportive word Nedra thank you ☺️ for your consideration and help me out with my staff.
