The staff were exceptional, friendly, kind and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Ei on the beach serving drinks was particularly wonderful, as was the lady on reception but we forgot to get her name. The value for money here is exceptional. Great location , lovely village great restaurants, not over crowded , family friendly. We ate in many local restaurants , the food was superb and very reasonably . Good variety of shops and supermarkets , we didn't travel outside the resort as didn't need to but plenty of taxis if needed

Very clean ocean water. Great wide and long sandy beach. But beware, the sun chairs usually belongs to highend hotels. So you cannot use them. In general, a very nice and high-class beach.
Which is also great, is by the ocean taxi boats. From there you can jump on some boat, give the guy a 400-500THB and he will take you to Bottle Beach or Malibu beach (etc).
Great hotels like Santhiya is nearby.

Great location, beach nice sand with sunbeds umbrellas, no need to panic to get one, always available. Gym was good even though the treadmill didn’t work during our stay, very friendly staff, Rong on the beach/ bar service was outstanding excellent. Room modes were good but did keep forgetting things, coffee water, tea light ect she could have been better. All in all excellent stay would return.

Beautiful beach with a laid back atmosphere. Family friendly as isn’t a major party destination. Just enough around to keep you busy. Rasta Baby does a really good mojito. A day trip to Bottle Beach definitely worthwhile. We were hoping for a snorkelling trip to Sail Rock but the conditions weren’t in our favour. We found Lynn at the dive/boat centre (opposite Happy Mom massage shop) really helpful and professional, so it was a pity we couldn’t do a day trip with them, sorry I can’t remember the name of the business.

Our stay at the Pavilions was a dream! The whistling of birds, view of the ocean and the forrest, create the most amazing oasis on Koh Phangan. 😊 Everything was just picture perfect! From the infinity pool and stylish bungalows, to the little pathway that takes you to the village and the beach in just a couple of minutes. The owners were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay and we simply can't wait to come back 😊
The Hill Village was a wonderful peaceful place away from the main area of Thong Nai Pan Noi. The 2 bedroom house had everything we needed including a drinking water dispenser and the most amazing views. The host Neenit and staff were wonderful. We had our own transport as the walk to and from the beach is quite steep. If you want a quiet beautiful place surrounded by nature, this is the place for you.
We would highly recommend staying here. It’s quiet and privat, the beach is great, the bungalow is simple but has everything you need, staff was friendly and there were some great restaurants nearby. With a scooter you can explore the island from there. The beaches on the north-east were great with the clearest water and no seaweed or sea cucumbers like on other parts of the island.
we enjoyed the room - it was a nice design , all amenities were available - Even Netflix and Prime was there. the Pool has a Good size .small Charming beautique Hotel close to. the Little down town with cute Cafés and Restaurants , breakfast was nice but more Variety Would be wonderful .

Perfect. I loved everything, the staff is amazing(!), the bed was very comfortable, soft linens. The beach is great, the restaurant was great, there was live music twice during our stay and it was great. The view from the room is beautiful, the room was spacious and clean. If I’ll be in Phangan again, I would definitely come back :)
Staff is super friendly and always with a smile. Big rooms , great breakfast. Beach is one of the best in phangan, and the infinity pool overlooking the bay is absolutely magnificent. Although the hotel is on the hii and a tok tok is needed we didn't want more than 2-3 minutes. Great vacation in a superb hotel.
