Breakfast was fabulous with lots of variety and choices for all. The fresh water pool was great for cooling down and all facilities were pristine. We were a group of 19 family members and they really looked after us ensuring we had a terrific stay.

10 out of 10, seriously. The resort itself is not my typical style of travelling (huge area, a lot of families, a lot of facilities) but the poolsuite was absolutely perfect and luxurious, we really loved our stay. Also the staff is very welcoming and friendly, nice beach, really good pool, nice breakfast buffet, etc etc - will absolutely recommend this place to everyone i know :)

We loved our stay in bamboo seacroft village - it was a nice little getaway from the party side of the island. The huts were so earthy and lovely, the accomodation also had a shared kitchen ready to use, a pool and much more. Everything important is a 5-minute walk away: 7-11, great food (we recommend Mamas Kop), bike rental, gym (a bit further away) and much more! The staff was lovely and all of our questions were answered quickly. We couldn’t get enough of the peaceful mornings in bamboo village and can’t wait to come back! The full moon party is further away, but taxis are nearby 24/7 so you don’t have to worry about that.

Great location , lovely village great restaurants, not over crowded , family friendly. We ate in many local restaurants , the food was superb and very reasonably . Good variety of shops and supermarkets , we didn't travel outside the resort as didn't need to but plenty of taxis if needed

Very clean ocean water. Great wide and long sandy beach. But beware, the sun chairs usually belongs to highend hotels. So you cannot use them. In general, a very nice and high-class beach.
Which is also great, is by the ocean taxi boats. From there you can jump on some boat, give the guy a 400-500THB and he will take you to Bottle Beach or Malibu beach (etc).
Great hotels like Santhiya is nearby.

Great location, beach nice sand with sunbeds umbrellas, no need to panic to get one, always available. Gym was good even though the treadmill didn’t work during our stay, very friendly staff, Rong on the beach/ bar service was outstanding excellent. Room modes were good but did keep forgetting things, coffee water, tea light ect she could have been better. All in all excellent stay would return.

Beautiful beach with a laid back atmosphere. Family friendly as isn’t a major party destination. Just enough around to keep you busy. Rasta Baby does a really good mojito. A day trip to Bottle Beach definitely worthwhile. We were hoping for a snorkelling trip to Sail Rock but the conditions weren’t in our favour. We found Lynn at the dive/boat centre (opposite Happy Mom massage shop) really helpful and professional, so it was a pity we couldn’t do a day trip with them, sorry I can’t remember the name of the business.

The hotel was excellent great location , the room was superb great views and very clean. The location of the hotel with the beach and village outside the entrance was great , loads of nice restaurants, bars and shops and really friendly locals. We were concerned a little about the size of the hotel resort and getting around the site , no problem we did not wait longer than 5 minutes at any time for a lift when required . This location is superb the hotel and staff exceeded our expectations we will be returning
The resort itself is beautiful, villas tucked away in a luscious and landscaped jungle environment, we were blown away by the environment. It was quite warm when we visited so we loved the cold plunge pool in our room when not swimming at the beach.
Staff were incredibly warm and friendly and our villa host was helpful, welcoming, and made our stay feel special.
The nearby village (just a minute or so walk) has plenty of good local restaurants, thai massage, i ice cream and is quite walkable and pleasant.
The resort is on a beautiful beach with an open and idyllic view. The bungalows are simple but charming with a beautiful ceramic tiles private terrace with a sitting area outside
The pool and the gardens were maintained daily, and the restaurant serves both delicious Thai and western food all made with love.
The service is attentative, staff is kind and friendly to making you feel home. And you certainly will feel home.

Our stay at the Pavilions was a dream! The whistling of birds, view of the ocean and the forrest, create the most amazing oasis on Koh Phangan. 😊 Everything was just picture perfect! From the infinity pool and stylish bungalows, to the little pathway that takes you to the village and the beach in just a couple of minutes. The owners were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay and we simply can't wait to come back 😊

The resort is beautiful, the beach close and clean, The staff is very attentive to any request, breakfast= A wide variety of options. Since our flight was in the evening, they offered us to spend the day in Koh Sumoi at another hotel of the chain - a great treat!
The place is located in a wonderful area, just next to the great beach (sandy, wide, not crowded). A few nice restaurants nearby. The room was clean, the rubbish was changed every day, nice hammock.
