Nice location at river side, very quite area and nice garden but dry at this time of the year. Host very kind and rooms are very clean good size and a/c is perfect. Swimming Pool clean and good size.
No breakfast dining drinks available so you have to drive 2-3 km to nearest 7/11 to bring what you need.
But its a nice place so no thumbs down here.

We drove up to visit Wat Prathat Chaiya, and Pum Riang town, had a sumptuous seafood lunch at Pho cape, and explored the long coast towards the north. The beaches are long, beautiful, and undeveloped.
We also visited Ratchaprapa dam. The mountain water scenery is beautiful. A leisurely drive around the area is a pleasure.

We really liked Surat Thani.
We really liked Surat Thani. There is a well maintained waterfront , plenty of shops and restaurants and a really good night market with plenty of food stalls.
We went on a boat trip on a long tail boat on the river and through the canals which was interesting and good value.

Loved this laid back city.
Loved this laid back city. We went on the boat ride (1 hour) through the mangrove area and saw lots of monitor lizards. In the evening it's great to go to the night market and graze on delicious street food. The area next to the night ferry also fills up with food stalls and you can sit there for a meal and a beer and watch the world go by. Would definitely recommend staying here for at least a night. It feels like authentic thailand.

Not many good restaurants that we found. People not as friendly as other locations. Ate in the Craft Bistro one night which on first impressions looked awful but the food was really good. Also ate in the Riverside restaurant, slightly more expensive but food good and a band singing nice music. Again, people not overly friendly though.

Organising a taxi at the airport was shambolic - I ended up walking 5km to my hotel because the local taxi drivers did not want to take me as it was relatively close and therefore, not 'worth their while' - Make sure you prebook a bus, taxi, shuttle etc before you arrive.
booked the hotel as a stop over for my next flight. It was cheap and close to the airport so I got exactly what I paid for. The best was fine and the room had an ensuite and air con.
It was next to impossible to get a taxi the following morning so the hotel employee gave me a lift in his own car and would not accept any fee.
Certainly not the most luxurious but I got a good night sleep and the staff went above and beyond to help me.
Not near the ferry to Ko Phangan. Requires a 300 baht cab onwards. Check very carefully about any hotel pretending to be near the Sea Link or Raja Ferries. Some real misrepresentation going on. Look at a map.
Nice breakfast with a coffee and a sandwich, cheery staff, only one noodle stand nearby is your food option. Me and another guest had to get the desk clerk to sign us on to wifi.
It was a very practical stay. The room was big, the bed was comfortable and the A/C was working ok. The best was the staff help who booked us a Taxi that picked us up at Surat Thani airport, located 30km away, drop us at the hotel, and pick us up the following morning to go to the Pier.
We stopped there overnight on our way back to Bangkok. The hotel is well located and we had a nice bright big room with a nice shower room. Clean, very cheap and really worth it. wifi was very good, tv was huge… definitely worth staying if you need to spend a night in Surat Thani.
Hotel five minutes from the airport. From the hotel they arranged to pick us up and the next day they took us back to the airport early in the morning. There is nothing around the hotel but enough if you just want to spend the night and continue your journey.
The hotel location is right in the heart of Surat's CBD and very close to all relevant essentials, such as the Bus station, Night Market, and Airport Shutter Bus. The hotel room is clean and comfort, but the Air-Con was not so cool.
Great little boutique hotel with VERY friendly staff! It is a bit out of town, but very peaceful, clean, and modern so well worth the taxi ride! The food at the restaurant bar and breakfast area was very good! Highly recommend!
Very good for a stopover to or from the airport. The free pickup from the airport was amazing, super helpful. Room was small, but had everything we needed for a one night stay. Liked the design of the hotel.
It was just one night stand to move to Koh Samui, but I cannot imagine to stay here longer to be honest. The location was pretty nice, also for the hotel itself but the bathrooms. :D
The room is very clean and big enough for 2 persons. It is very good for the price. It is closed to the night food market. I will hire it again if I come back Suratthani.
