Nice location at river side, very quite area and nice garden but dry at this time of the year. Host very kind and rooms are very clean good size and a/c is perfect. Swimming Pool clean and good size.
No breakfast dining drinks available so you have to drive 2-3 km to nearest 7/11 to bring what you need.
But its a nice place so no thumbs down here.

We drove up to visit Wat Prathat Chaiya, and Pum Riang town, had a sumptuous seafood lunch at Pho cape, and explored the long coast towards the north. The beaches are long, beautiful, and undeveloped.
We also visited Ratchaprapa dam. The mountain water scenery is beautiful. A leisurely drive around the area is a pleasure.

We really liked Surat Thani.
We really liked Surat Thani. There is a well maintained waterfront , plenty of shops and restaurants and a really good night market with plenty of food stalls.
We went on a boat trip on a long tail boat on the river and through the canals which was interesting and good value.

Loved this laid back city.
Loved this laid back city. We went on the boat ride (1 hour) through the mangrove area and saw lots of monitor lizards. In the evening it's great to go to the night market and graze on delicious street food. The area next to the night ferry also fills up with food stalls and you can sit there for a meal and a beer and watch the world go by. Would definitely recommend staying here for at least a night. It feels like authentic thailand.

Not many good restaurants that we found. People not as friendly as other locations. Ate in the Craft Bistro one night which on first impressions looked awful but the food was really good. Also ate in the Riverside restaurant, slightly more expensive but food good and a band singing nice music. Again, people not overly friendly though.

Organising a taxi at the airport was shambolic - I ended up walking 5km to my hotel because the local taxi drivers did not want to take me as it was relatively close and therefore, not 'worth their while' - Make sure you prebook a bus, taxi, shuttle etc before you arrive.
booked the hotel as a stop over for my next flight. It was cheap and close to the airport so I got exactly what I paid for. The best was fine and the room had an ensuite and air con.
It was next to impossible to get a taxi the following morning so the hotel employee gave me a lift in his own car and would not accept any fee.
Certainly not the most luxurious but I got a good night sleep and the staff went above and beyond to help me.
Place was absolutely perfect, and amazing value for money. There were lovely touches - cotton buds, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fridge, water. We stayed here for 1 night before heading to Koh Samui so just needed basic room and a 10 min walk away from bus terminal that takes you to the ferry pier at Donsak. This was exactly like a hotel room! Not sure why I wasn’t expecting much! Highly recommend.
An amazing hotel nestled beside the river in Surat Thani en route to Koh Samui. It is run by a lovely family, who make sure you have a delightful stay with their first rate and genuine service. Nicely spacious and comfortable rooms, great pool, fabulous homemade cooking in the restaurant by Auntie, friendly and informative transfers with Cherngharn close and afar, and much more. Well worth the visit!
The receptionists were very friendly, happy and booked my onwards travel for me! They had free water, tea and coffee and onsite restaurant facilities. They provided a free pick up from the airport, which was great! The bed was very solid, which seems to be the norm in Thailand! The bed had beautiful netting around it, a very handy reading lamp nearby and I appreciated the fridge in the room.
This hotel really met expectation. I am surprised they do not have better reviews. The price is fabulous, the staff are so helpful (let me use his phone to change my ferry ticket), the rooms are impeccable, quiet, and there is a great restaurant across the street. I would definitely come back. AC works, hot water works, beds are comfortable.
The property is ideal for Surat Thani. This is merely a stop over on route to other parts of Thailand. There very little to do here and most things are shut. The hotel is literally a bed to sleep in. Whilst the bed was a little hard it was a quiet place and very dark with the lights off, meaning you actually slept well! Does the job.
the design theme of the hotel, Cleanness, Location was good close to the Bus station from the airport but far away from the night market and Seatran coach bus terminal. You have to take a local taxi but it is not hard to get from the hotel.
This was my favorite airport-hotel EVER and I’ve stayed in plenty. Not only that, it is also the cheapest I’ve stayed in! Tom in the staff was so kind and helpful and the atmosphere was peaceful and clean and the rooms luxurious and comfy.
The friendliest couple run this hotel. They do airport pickup and loads of transfers to excellent prices. Definitely get an airport pick up. The taxis run out really quickly especially on the evening flights and then you are stranded.
Pick up and transfer from and to airport, Breakfast included, nice room, Restaurant for dinner right next to the hotel. Perfect if you need to stay near the airport for a night. Staff was extremely helpful and nice.
