Excellent location. Easy to get to everything. 7 11 on the corner next to hotel , late night food vendors nearby and TT currency exchange also nearby in Soi Bukao. Walking distance to Mike Shopping mall, Central Festival Mall. Room was large , had a good size fridge, microwave, couple of plates and cutlery, balcony with table & chairs. Cleaning staff were friendly and cleaned the room quickly. Got fresh towels and water everyday. Functional room much larger than others, not the most modern style but it all worked. Good size pool. Had a gym with machines and free weights. Comfortable reception area with chairs and couches for waiting. Menu type set breakfast options with some buffet also, breakfast staff were great. Hardly met other people in or around the lifts, no waiting for the lifts/ sharing lifts with people in June period.

A very busy nightlife scene with lots of bars, restaurants...
A very busy nightlife scene with lots of bars, restaurants and girlie style bars (Soi 6 is the busiest and noisiest, followed by Soi 7 and then a bit quieter but still busy at Soi 13/1 and of course along most of Pattaya Beach Road). There's a couple of nice shopping malls (Mikes Mall is the cheapest). Lots of other tourist shops, tattoo and massage places all over town - not much to differentiate between most of them, so it's down to asking about tattoos and for massage, it's a personal preference - some are better than others. It's a 20 minute walk to Walking Street if that's your thing or you can get one of the songthaews (pronounced "songtail" - a pick up truck with covered bench style seats in the back) for 20TB (they do a circular route along the beach road and Second Road. Aroi Dee opposite Soi 7 on Second Road, is a good place for decent priced Thai food. There's even a decent "traditional" Fish n Chip shop called Sharples just on the left hand side of the wide road opposite Soi 7 on Second Road.

Pattaya it's a city where you can stay a few days, to go out and have a little fun, but too many bars and go-go and ladyboys and also massage parlors, prostitution is everywhere, who want nothing other than your money , in the evening after 2 o'clock it is even dangerous in several areas of Pattaya, you have to be very careful because there is a lot of theft and pickpocketing in many places in Pattaya.

It was nice to be in and see some places, but the night life is too busy and annoying with all the problematic known thing on Pattaya. It is just too much, not clean streets, and not give you a nice and comfort place to be in. The food was nice having restaurants of all kinds, the market not that huge and the prices are not cheap as I would have expected for.

The medium sized room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The staff friendly and efficient with good English. I enjoyed my stay and the good buffet breakfast.
The hotel is just 200m from the beach and a 5 minute walk to many shops, bars, restaurants.
The shower, airco, lighting, frig, tv all operated well with good cupboard space, chairs and
tables. The two small swimming pools are clean and well cared for.

Its location is next to Central festival mall. We went to play Songkran festival and the hot spots of festival, like beach road, Central festival arena and in front of the hotel, all were 5-8 mins walk.
Big swimming pool, fast check in and clean. I had a issue in night, my bathroom suddenly got locked and was not opening, I was given access to other room’s bathroom, with a code of door lock and next morning I was given a new room.

The hotel is just a stone throw from the beach. kids friendly swimming pool is very happening and the roadside restaurant "Fat CoCo" has a great ambience and it's interior decor is 2nd to none. Central marina only 6 mins walk by the alley towards 2nd road. Central festival 4 mins and mike shopping center 6 mins in bath bus through one way beach road.

Very good location on the quieter north end of Pattaya Beach. Clean and comfortable rooms though a bit smaller than other rooms we've stayed at in the area. However, fine for the 2 of us and I know there are other rooms in the hotel that are a bit larger.
- The hotel has a good location if you want to stay on Pattaya Beach. However, reconsider the location if your intention is beach and swimming! Pattaya Beach is packed with boats and dirty, so not the ideal place to swim.
