The property is in good condition for its age. I liked the spacious corner room, comfortable bed, great water pressure and temperature, comfortable pillows, huge selection of English tv channels, proximity to some nice cafes and restaurants. I also loved soundproofing. I didn’t hear doors being slammed by neighbours or any noise from other rooms. I liked the large breakfast restaurant. Very spacious with friendly staff. The gym was also excellent with modern equipment.

North Pattaya is a good location with lots of activities for kids with Terminal 21 being a centerpiece of the beach town.
Pattaya is becoming sort of like Las Vegas in a way where the girlie bars and the naughty places are being replaced. Slowly but surely I think in the future. There's more money to be made from families then single guys buying beers and girls. Just like how Vegas shifted in the 80's and 90's in some ways. There huge shopping malls now, shows, and more family oriented style places to go to then say 20 years ago. Its worth a visit and its a beach town not far from Bangkok.

North Pattaya is the slightly posh, cleaner end of this old beach city. It's very quick to the main city area by local "baht bus" (hop in the open back of covered mini trucks) but much quieter away from the crowded entertainment and Walking Street (red light) areas of Central & South Pattaya.

Benn coming here for over 8 years and the sights have changed and everyone is so nice and pleasant, we do have friends who own a bar in Na Klua called 'The Blue Marlin' it is a great bar friendly staff, and very helpful, it is a great place to stay and will definitely go back again soon

I have loved staying in Naklua now for 6 or 7 years, I would still stay in Naklua if I ever go back to pattaya ( which is unlikely) but I would stay in a condo.. the hotels are full of Russian, Chinese and Indian tourists who have very little manners or awareness of other travelers.. The free breakfast was like a scrum.. people screaming and shouting, spitting on the floor.. using their hands to get fruit out of the buffet. I would rent a condo next time

There isn't really much to see in Pattaya in general. If You are interested in culture or history or the true Thailand it's the wrong place to be. A lot of construction is still going on. For an affordable luxury-hotel to spend a week it might be OK.
Pattaya is known for other "activities", you should be aware of that.

It’s away from the not so nice parts of Pattaya but still has plenary to eat. It avoids the noisy nightlife and lots of heckling to go in places
Often doesn’t have pavements so hard to walk around.

Quiet area in Pattaya North away from the crowds, but with all sorts of local resturants & shops just a short walk away.
15 minute walk to Bamboo beach.
The facility was good- clean, comfortable beds, sufficient size of rooms, and the shower was nice too. Though we couldn't enjoy much due to the bad weather, we like the swimming pool and the beach right in front of the hotel. My husband and son enjoyed playing pool in the public area.
We had a fabulous three week stay. The staff are extremely helpful and caring. Location is fantastic, beds are comfortable. Buffet breakfast is amazing. Three fabulous pools and the hotel is on the beach, not across the road like so many others. We will definitely be going back.
You can actually walk all the way to the main Pattaya area. There's a great hotpot restaurant close by, it's quiet/off the main street, plenty of parking, and you can also walk to the beach.

Good location. Very quiet. Nice large comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Beach road is only a 5 minute ride by baht bus. The living room furniture was comfortable. Big flat screen TV.
Hotel room so clean, good service and good for hotel equipment. The location is nearly Terminal 21, it's so close to beach, walk around 8-10mins. Hotel provide 3 tokens to each person for changing foods or toys. Everything is So Great👍🏻

The hotel is wooden style but well maintained. The pool is very clean as well as the beach. We are satisfied with the buffet. Family and pet friendly. But not advisable for old people or disabled people or wheelchairs.
Beachfront hotel. We stayed in the family room with bunk beds. The room was clean, bathroom was huge. Breakfast has variety of selections. The kids club is a little small and you cant left your kids with the staff.
My recent family trip to Pattaya was fulfilled at this hotel, very nice staff and friendly. Not far from Pattaya beach only a few minutes by Tuktuk taxi. The room is superb, plus the breakfast is worth the money!
