Beautiful location. Had all we needed basic but ok .. great pool and location to park and not far from lakes lots of bars food with in walk of park to . If going to.lakes I'd stay this part then drive as more to do in evening only 60 km away

This place seems to have become quite touristic.
This place seems to have become quite touristic. The one day tour is a sham. Long time traveling with some quick stops to take a quick picture. The cave is just walking in line to see a few bats. The jungle tour is just a hike though the jungle up a creek. All the animals have left here as probably 1000 people crush this path every day. I guess if you want to see some raw nature you have to hire a private guide for more days and go deeper and wait until all the day trippers have left.

A lovely spot, staff was excellent. Meals were very reasonable and VERY fresh ingredients, lots of options. Lots of sitting areas, a pool and a “sky walk” constructed outside the main entrance for guests.

The one day lake tour at the national park was amazing. Going with a boat to go lunch, swim and walk. The walk was great. You have to wear closed shoes because you are going to get really wet until your belly button. The town khao sok was not much. It was 1 street. But it was cozy. The khao sok homestay resort is a place I would not recommend. It was also very far from the town

Khao Sok is a beautiful national park with lush rainforest, towering limestone formations seen nearby rivers and at Cheow Lan lake and a variety of wildlife. It is a stunning place to visit with lots of nature and activities to do - we went canoeing along a river for a couple of hours and spotted birds, tree frogs, giant lizards and bee hives up on the limestone mountains. Cheow Lan lake is a must - we planned a day trip with Khao Sok private tours, and really enjoyed the longboat ride exploring the lake spotting monkeys and elephants on the shore. We hiked in the jungle and saw many birds and lizards and heard gibbons up in the trees. Swimming in the lake was such a memorable experience in this beautiful and peaceful setting - like soaking in a warm bath! The mekong catfish in the lake (and there are many!) don't come near you when you swim. We stopped off at Panvaree and got to kayak too, which was great fun. The lunch there was outstanding and you can enjoy a quiet meal with beautiful views from the balcony.
Tree houses are of the beaten track, surrounded by jungle. Only sounds of jungle and monkeys. Rooms are comfortable, very clean and cozy. Mr. Tee and his staff is very helpful and kind. He organized for us every trip and shuttle bus. The village with many restaurants, massage centers, shops and entrance to the National Park Khao Sok is in short distance, 15-20 minutes walk through shallow river and nice path. Nature Resort has the best restaurant in Tailand. We ate there the best thai food with quite low price. We had there very joyful time.
We loved our time at Coco hostel, the staff was lovely and very welcoming and the facilities were great - clean bathroom and big beds in dorms of 5 with individual curtains/plugs/lamps.
The hostel is well located, approximately 10mins walk to the entrance of the national park (THB 300 entrance fee) with nice and challenging hikes available.
The hostel offers 2 tours for Khao Sok national park - either a day tour or an overnight tour.
They also serve food which was relatively cheap and tasty!
The staff were SO HELPFUL! Firstly, just 10/10 friendly and offering to support in any way needed. Secondly, the tours at Khao Sok National Park were booked out but the Hostel also books some space for guests only. So lucky for me I was able to still book this tour (trip of a lifetime honestly!!!) and it very much was the best thing I'd done my whole 2.5 months in South East Asia. Do yourself a favour, book here.

Food onsite was delicious and reasonably priced, the staff were so lovely and really catered to everyone’s needs and are really helpful when booking the Khao Sok national park tours. Good location, quite close to town. Staff provided me and my friend with bicycles which were great for cycling into town and looking at the views nearby! Toilets and showers were clean and tents were comfy and had electricity and fans.
Beautiful location and wonderfully designed to give a sense of living inside the rainforest. Rooms are nice, but the balcony is outstanding with loungers. You can spend the whole day just sitting here and absorbing Nature.
And Mr and Mrs Bao are such wonderful hosts. Food was tasty and they also provide a free drop to Khao sok town and back, if you desire.

Our bungalow had a wonderful view of the river and natural area beyond, and we loved seeing families of monkeys in the wild and crossing the river into the resort. The resort was surrounded by jungle and very lush with flowers and plants. Breakfast at the restaurant was tasty and the staff were friendly and helpful. We took two excursions through the hotel that were excellent.
One of the best accommodations in Thailand. Very clean and beautiful rooms for a jungle experience. No animals in the bungalows. Tour booking and transfer organized from hotel with explanations at very good prices. Outstanding and very friendly staff. A la carte breakfast. Exceptional price for value, think about tipping after your stay.
The perfect place to stay for a few nights in Khao Sok. The hotel is really well maintained, the food at the restaurant is excellent, the staff are helpful and they offer a wide variety of tours to do. I did the full day lake tour and the 1.5 hour trip to the elephant sanctuary which were both brilliant.
amazing bungalow near the national park! everything was great ! the owners helped us booking a nigh stay on the lake and taxi transfer which was super convenient! highly recommend to spend the night here in the jungle. Mr Cola, the dog and the cats are also super adorable!

Stayed for one night before we did an overnight stay in the national park which we booked through the hotel. Room was really spacious and clean, owners very helpful with booking trip/onward travel and the included breakfast was good. Location good next to bars/restaurants in Khao Sok
The staff were great for organizing a Khao Sok tour! They even let me borrow water shoes for no charge! They can also hold onto your luggage while you do an overnight tour. It was raining when I got there and they also let me borrow an umbrella to explore the little village.
Amazing very helpful staff!You have a wide range of excursions and activities, e.g. 2-days trip to Khao Sok (with overnight stay on the lake), night saffari, transport to a thai massage or another holiday spor - everything really great. Nice, calm neighbourhood.
The resort was really close to restaurants, walking distance to the national park and the staff was amazing. The guy that sits at the front desk is really helpful and nice. He helped us book a lake tour and also with booking our trip to Phi Phi from Khao Sok.

This is a great choice to stay around Khao Sok. They arrange tours to Cheow Lan lake, provide paid transport to and from the hotel to anywhere and the prices are reasonable. Staff is very friendly.
Friendly staff, they were very helpful and accomodating when we tried to figure out our tour through Khao Sok... also, really good pastries at the bakery downstairs!
It is situated inside a lush jungle. loved the quietness and also the surrounding wild nature. Food was of great taste. Don’t miss the day trip to Khao Sok lake.
