The hotel boasts an excellent location right in front of the beach. The staff are exceptionally friendly and resourceful. When we encountered a problem with our room in the middle of the night due to a disruptive neighbor, the staff promptly assisted us in moving to another room. Their quick and helpful response made a significant difference in our stay, if it wasn’t for their attention I’d give the hotel a 2 stars review.

Had everything we needed. We rented a scooter at the reception. On the last day we had a flat tire. They organized everything and we could leave the scooter where it broke down. Easy communication. We moved the bed to the wall so the room was not as small anymore.

The bed is the comfiest bed I’ve slept in so far. There is a mattress topper makes all the difference. For a low budget stay, You can tell they’ve thought it through of what the customer may need. Fridge, kettle and really good air con system. For the price I don’t think I got any of this in other places I stayed in.

Property was in a brilliant location right beside everything however it is a little loud at night if you are looking a peaceful sleep it probably isn’t for you. It was super clean and we were thankfully able to check in early. Everything we needed!

The beach is amazing - sand is like talc powder - the seas are mainly calm and extremely clear - the restaurants out on Moo 2 (the main shopping - restaurant strip) are many and varied and some of them are extremely reasonably priced - alcohol drinks can normally be bought at many establishments between certain hours at 2 for 1 price and are normally about $4.50 Australian - cocktails - varied and amazing.

At least 1 taxi is almost always outside the hotel, or you can call grab or book a taxi via the hotel, this makes it extremely easy to get around. There is also car or scooter hire close by too.
We always eat breakfast at the hotel, and why not superb selection, not too expensive and as many visits to the different buffet areas as you wished.
I would avoid going to Fisherman's village too early in the day, it is a must visit but few places open till late afternoon, in my opinion best to get there just before it gets dark, experience the sunset there, visit walking street and the night markets.

Villa pool was great, they also accommodated two villas side by side, so we weren't far away from our adult sons.
Nothing was a problem and the staff (apart from 1) were very pleasant and happy to help.
Would definitely stay there again 😁

I recommend this hotel for any visitor. The variety of different rooms available, the assortment of entertainment for children, the immediate access to the wonderful beach, the "fire performers" within close proximity at night, the total seclusion you can enjoy if required, the assortment of food at breakfast, the great menu at the evening restaurant, along with the wonderful staff make this an enjoyable vacation destination.

If your disabled in a wheelchair i would think twice Koh samui like most places in Thailand lack full use of pavements, it's safer to walk on the road. Most Thai people are great and the young teens will respect you as you respect them. Area is safe to walk at night if you slip a teen a 200 bhat they will give you a life on the back of their bike.

The whole experience from arrival at the hotel lobby, checking-in and entering our room was exceptional. And it started with a free upgrade to the full ocean view room. The staff was very welcoming and of assistance throughout the stay. Entering the room for the first time and seeing the view of the ocean was just a bliss and made us feel very relaxed. The room was spacious and very clean. Everything was on point at this hotel. Next time when we visit Koh Samui we will definately choose this hotel again!
Beautiful property right on Chaweng beach which is the best and most lively area to stay at in Koh Samui. The location was spot on, their restaurant opened up to the beach and the lobby opened up to the Main Street, a minute away from the shopping stalls, bars, restaurants, cafe’s- anything you could ask for. The rooms were spacious, clean and had the necessary amenities. The breakfast was delicious despite the limited options- everything was fresh and flavourful. Would definitely stay here again.
The pool access room was so nice! Everyone in the hotel is super friendly and willing to help! The breakfast is consisting of many options and there are three happy hours per day on the bars. The beach is clean and perfect to swim. There is also a tour provider and rent a car inside the hotel which is very very convenient. Overall, if we return back to Koh Samui we would again book this hotel as it has the nicest beach, closeness to Chaweng center and it is offering a great value for the money.
Fantastic location right on the chaweng beach. 10 minute walk to soi green mango. The hotel staff were really helpful and polite (especially the front desk staff). We loved the rooms too as the beds were comfortable and room had all the amenities we needed and more. I have stayed in koh samui 5 times and I would have to say this is the best hotel I have stayed in. The breakfast was also superb as was restaurant food.

The rooms are very comfortable plus, the WiFi was great. The location was perfect, near everything plus you get access to the neighbouring hotel pool which is on the beach front! I'd say this is actually a hack in Koh Samui, affordable room with access to a luxury hotels pool!
Affordable nice rooms right on Chaweng beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and the pool and beach loungers right next to the water are wonderful. Delicious breakfast with eggs cooked to order! And the resort restaurant was the best food in the area in our opinion, and very well priced!

Did not have breakfast but the stay was wonderful, a little cozy resort very close to Chaweng main road, easy access to beach and sights nearby. Wonderful staff always ready to assist you at every need. Natty has been exceptionally helpful to make the stay fun and pleasant.
This property was extremely well kept and clean. ALL the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We had the most amazing SPA experience and hands down the best massage I have ever had.highly recommend this resort.

We loved our Seaview bungalow, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was good, the beach was kept clean in front of the resort, and the pool was great. It was also central to all the bars and restaurants in Koh Samui.
