I would highly recommend Kamala Beach.
I would highly recommend Kamala Beach. I had friends stay in Pattaya a couple nights and they told me not to bother going there, way to touristy and packed with people. If you're just looking to party then maybe you go there, but if you want a nice relaxing stay then Kamala Beach is the way to go. The water is awesome and with different activities as you walk along the beach. It's not overcrowded, and you won't have a hard time finding a place to tan or fight the crowd as you walk along. I enjoyed the fruit vendors where they would make you a fresh smoothie to enjoy in during a morning walk:)

Kamala beach was a relaxing and friendly beach.
Kamala beach was a relaxing and friendly beach. The locals were very friendly and hospitalble. I would stay away from the west end of the beach because I believe there may be raw sewage entering the ocean from a canal that had a sewage type odor. We did go to other beaches and they were all very busy and offered similar services.

Other than the location nothing else including facilities at the hotel were good. A very run-down property and needs upgrade. Though on your website rated as five stars but it did not have any of those qualities that would qualify it to be rated as five stars. The pool in front of the room was not clean, the bathrooms were very old with no facilities. The location of the Hotel is very good if only they could renovate it and make it look better.

Kamala beach is a very family friendly resort. The beach is clean and tidy - and the water warm and not to wavy - so suitable for families.Many Restaurants and bars opposite the beach and there is also a main street for more dining options , as well as shopping. Easy access to other resorts by Tut or Taxi. Felt very safe resort..
Lovely resort in Phuket. Stunning view, comfortable rooms and great food. The breakfast buffet always had lots of vegetarian options and clearly labelled any food containing pork. The swim up bar has great drinks and a great playlist with buy one get one free during happy hour.
Each room has four bottles of drinking water delivered each day.
The resort is at the quieter end of the beach. But Phuket is small and it doesn't take long to get anywhere with a Grab or shuttle.
The hotel is 5 minutes’ walk to Kamala Beach where there are many restaurants. The beds are very comfortable. The toilet is very modern with automatic cover and flush. There is a rain shower and also 3 layers of jets at the side. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner are of high quality. The staff are responsive. Nice swimming pool. We did not use the private pool in the room. There is a gym.
The whole package, the rooms are huge,you could take your dog for a walk.

Great place to spend time in Phuket. We wanted a few days to chill out & this resort did not disappoint. Exceptionally clean, staff very attentive. Nice coffee shop, good breakfast which we paid for as did not select at time of booking, but fantastic food & no way expensive. Free shuttle to Kamala beach, which is lovely also
The whole place are just neat and clean. No odour issues in the washroom or balcony. Staffs clean the room and change the towels everyday. The hotel area are convenient to beach, surrounding foods and massages place. Definitely will choose this place again if I going back to Phuket.
Hyatt Regency Phuket was good. Although we were a family comprised of 2 adults and 2 kids, there was only one toilet!
I think this was unclear at booking. Everything about the hotel location, staff, amenities were fabulous. The cleanness of the room was below average.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They always went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Great location, right on the beach and a variety of restaurants nearby. We will definitely stay again if we come back to Phuket!
Nice small hotel right on Kamala Beach, can walk to the beach barefoot. Very friendly staff with guest oriented attitude. When the air conditioner broke down in our room, we were immediately moved to another room.

Really close to the beach and easy to get around. Owner was incredibly friendly, spoke great English and gave me some good tips for Phuket/Thailand. Bed was comfy and the aircon is a godsend.
Breakfast - nothing special but ok. Close to Kamala Beach. Big room. Toilet with no ceiling - so not very private or romantic :D good price for phuket for that quality.
