Very nice location and manage properly as per requirements and nice garden view. When wakes up in morning and comes out from room then it’s so beautiful outside and greenery also. Very lovely place I will recommending to others let’s stay there for one night then you will definitely prefer in this property every time when you plan to visit Sam Roy Yot. This property very close yo beach also… and Owner is so friendly and good communication. Overall loving this place.🥰🥰🥰🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹❤️❤️❤️❤️

This property was totally a big shock. The bed sheet had stain, hairs, and smell. The bathroom door was broken, old and dirty. The room smell of perfume mixed with bleach. The gardening staff was spraying pesticides one day. The swimming pool was full of leaves in the bottom. The manager was so rude and yelling at us for asking for missing pillows and blanket. He seemed to be drinking alcohol while working from his breath whiling talking to us. We would like to cancel but it was already late and he said we already paid and not refundable. A nightmare and very disappointing that the booking.com has not screened its listing better for customers

This resort was amazing. We went in the off season so we had the entire place to ourselves! The resort is absolutely darling. It’s not walking distance to anything so you will need to motorbike but the host was super helpful in teaching us how to do it, when we were super hesitant about it. I highly recommend learning to drive them because driving around feels like you’re in a movie. I would never stay anywhere else if I was ever in the area again!
