The staff were amazingly helpful and able to get us a guide within half an hour. Annoyingly we cannot remember his name, but he was exceptionally helpful and helped us wherever he could.
The staff at dinner were friendly and many spoke English and welcome any practice. The food was good and well cooked.

The location right in the middle of the city is definitely the best attribute. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the AC is a bonus. If you stay on a room facing the street it might be a bit noisy during the night/early morning. But overall is a good value for what they charge.

Casa luis is a fantastic place to stay. During my time in Sao Tome I had my base there.
The room is spacious and gets cleaned every day. Top notch. The daily breakfast is tasty and plenty. Staff is friendly and always smiley.

The outside area is a little paradise and it’s well maintained. Pool is super refreshing. Area is quiet and peaceful.
The place is a 8 minute moto taxi ride away from the city and also just like 7-8 minutes away from the airport. It is also safe to walk around even in the night time. Never had any issues as a female solo traveller.
