Behind the bright lights of Chinatown is great value dim sum, while Little India is a sensation for the senses. small city with big attractions.
unbearably hot during the day but actually quite nice when the sun is out.
Food is okay, each cuisine is a watered-down derivation of a culinary culture of a nearby country, i still enjoyed it though.
I ate an unholy amount of sugar when i was in Singapore

No question about the beauty of Singapore, it is must visit place.
better to avoid when a big event is happening like the F1 race in Singapore, Singapore is expensive and if there is an event like this, then it will be very very expensive.
Otherwise country is a must-visit, safe for women, families and kids.
mode of communication is very good, we can get a public bus and MRT for most of the places.

Singapore is one of the most excellent countries in the world! Safety was a key thing in this nation. I was walking around and exploring the area around midnight where i was staying, and it was totally safe, even though the "red-light" district was just down the street. The people in the nearby shops and eateries were friendly. One even showed me the shop where i was looking to get some essentials. Very pleasant people i meet in that place.

Other than a few main attractions there's not a lot to see or do in Singapore.
We always wanted to visit Singapore (after transiting through Changi countless times) I've been there and done that and metaphorically speaking got the t-shirt but I'm not sure I'd visit again.
There's a lot of shops and restaurants and the place is spotlessly clean but this doesn't leave it with much charm, culture or identity. Generally the population looked miserable and the service we received in shops, cafes and restaurants was average at best and more often than not they were outwardly rude!
Lots and lots of other places in Asia you can visit that have a bit more zing and life.....Perhaps it's just not my cup of tea.

Sadly the temperatures and humidity were just too much for me, albeit I was aware of these prior.
The Gardens by the Bay were lovely and very much worth a extensive visit. The Skywalk, Observatory Tower and food was superb.
I found the Hop On Hop Off bus tour disappointing compared to other cities. Very little commentary and what we had was too brief.
Masses of food choices from the street, cafes and restaurants.
There were many other sights I wish I had time to visit.
fantastic property, it is by far one of the best looking hotels in Singapore. We loved the greenery everywhere, the pool area is breathtaking. Housekeeping were great and the location was super convenient.
The hotel is located right next to the MRT station. So it was very easy to travel and come back.
Even though Hotels in Singapore are very expensive, this one was worth the money we spent for it.
