The staff is very serviceminded and the managemet goes above and beyond to accomodate request that affect repeated booking. The hotel is locaded just as shown and there is no disturbing outside nice.
Everything is very clean and the rooms and bathrooms are larger most compared to rooms of an equivalent level in other hotels. The air is fresh if you wanto to take a stroll or open your windows.
Best Western Hotel Carlia is located in the center of the town, very easy to find. There is a big parking lot close by. Super convenience for a one night passing by staying.
Staff are friendly. We checked in around mid-night and got a phone call from staff around 8PM, followed up with a night-self-check-in instruction.

The breakfast was absolutely wonderful! There were so many options, which I didn't expect considering its a smaller hotel. Everything looked so nice, from the table settings to the spread, the atmosphere felt cozy yet posh. There was also great coffee!
Only a short walk from town makes this apartment a good base if staying in Uddevalla. Spacious living room with integrated and well equipped kitchen. Stable and fast Wi-Fi. Nice and swift feedback from host if questions are raised through booking.com
The hotel has unforgetable atmosphere and lovely interior. It has its own style and when you are staying there you feel like you travelled in time. The owner of the place is friendly and communicative. You feel like you are visiting your old friend.
This is very basic accommodation but with everything you need. It is really quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the morning. There are kitchen utencils to make breakfast. It is a nice 10 minutes drive to Uddevalla.

The breakfast was ok, but didn't have any queueing system. This led to chaos in the breakfast area. The breakfast in itself was good, although the estimated time to get scrambled eggs was way more than the hotel announced it would be.
