Very clean and spacious.
The location is really good as it’s situated right outside a tram and we purchased the 72hr travel card which we were able to use throughout the whole of Stockholm. Therefore we saved monies by not staying in central. Free water and tea in the lobby. We didn’t get the breakfast option as they only offer cold breakfast but we went to the espresso house next door which offered great options and a few cafe down the road and the sky bar offers brunch. Supermarket few doors down too which offers a great variety. Free toiletries was offered but not replenished when finished so we had to ask for more. Free gym too.

Incredible city! So much to see and experience. The people are friendly and courteous. Safety feels great. No trash, litter or homeless. Take an inexpensive Stockholm Commuter Ferry ... no descriptions of the history or areas you see but peaceful and enjoyable to see how the Swede's move around without cars.

We have spent full 3 beautiful days sightseeing the city, and still did not manage to see everything. Stockholm really surprised us with rich culture, lots of historical landmarks and interesting museums. It is called "The Venice of the North" for a reason - there are many ways to move around the city by boats, ferries or yachts.
Swedes are very friendly and happy people too.
We will definitely come back to this place to complete our sightseeing, as 3 days was merely half the time needed to see all.

We stayed in Ostermalm which is a good location because it's near both the central CBD and gamla stan, which is where all the major historical attractions are. You wouldn't want to stay too much further away from gamla stan than we did unless you're prepared to do taxis and public transport alot. I'd say Ostermalm was a good choice in terms of location. It allowed you to see a "local" Stockholm whereas if you stay in the hotels around the water, as nice as they are, you probably wouldn't see that side of it as much. But for a short stay, I can see why you'd do that. I'd probably allow a minimum of 4 days in Stockholm if I was planning a trip.

Very walkable city with excellent transportation available.
Very walkable city with excellent transportation available. Taking the tram to the Vasa museum and Abba museum is easy. American Express not taken at all places. I experienced that at the train station ticket booth. I was shocked. Leave your cash at home. They are 99.9% cashless. Just tap and go. The Atlanta express from the airport into central Stockholm is great EXCEPT it’ll cost you about $45 per person, so it’s not inexpensive but it’s fast..about 20 minutes to town.

Stockholm is probably one of the best capitols in the world to visit.
If you are located in the downtown area, everything is within a walking distance, whether it is Gamla Stan (Old Town) or Gröna Lund (amusement park) or Drottninggatan (shopping street).
The sidewalks are wide and easy to navigate, the weather is very mild so it is very rewarding to take long walks in Stockholm.
The experience was awful, they had bed bugs in my room, and I got several bites. The hotel offered to refund, but when I got back to hotel with my luggage in the evening, the staff told me she was not informed and authorized to do so, and I had to come back again for their intenal process gap.
It is just ridiculous, just imagine you have bed bugs in Stockholm with Best Western
This hotel used to be 5 star. It used to be exceptional. But it is not anymore. I still go there because I know it well and it's comfortable to go somewhere familiar since I travel so much. It delivers on service and the breakfast is simply the best it could ever be. But the beds are motel standard and the amenities are on the cheap. It has lost its umpf.
Close proximity to the Stockholm City train station, grocery stores and pharmacy near the hotel, quiet area. Friendly staff and free breakfast where you cat choose a lot of tasty food and drinks. Many thanks to Pura for the delicious food for breakfast and the hospitality of the guests! Best wishes for this experienced employee!
The hotel is placed in the best part of Stockholm. The breakfast was very good. Many things to eat. Coffe and tea with some biscuits were available 24 hours. Good service.
