The property was situated on the edge of the lake, at the foot of the hill of the castle. The view from our room was beautiful and to see the lake change throughout the day was beautiful. The design concept encompassing all natural materials is beautiful and calming. It was clean, well furnished and quiet. The sounds of nature and beautiful nature photographs were a nice touch to the decor. Breakfast was really nice, wholesome food that tasted good. It was an experience staying here and something that we enjoyed.

Outstanding B&B in the centre of Lidköping. The hosts at Villa Milsten are warm, welcoming, and very helpful in recommendations around the city. We stayed in the deluxe queen room and loved the interior design so much that we would now like to decorate our home this way. The B&B is exceptionally fresh and clean. We couldn't fault our experience in any way. Don't miss an opportunity to stay here as it will be a missed experience. We will definitely be making another trip to Lidköping in the near future and will stay here again and for more than one night next time.

Quiet and lovely location... well, quiet in October, at least: being the place on the lake I assume it could go noisier in full summer. The location is lovely, on the lake, close to a forest, a wonderful nature setting all in all. But still just at 20 km from Lidköipng, the main city of the area, and very close to a lot of nature trials, Läckö castle, Lake Vänern archipelago and more. Kinnekulla hill (absolutely worth visiting, a gem for nature lovers) is on the other side of the bay, just 50 km away. Structures, rooms and facilities are fresh and comfortable, with some touches above the usual "hostel" standard.
