Small and cosy place only in the countryside. Great place to relax. Good breakfast and you could also have dinner and drinks on site. Very quiet and relaxing, but you need a car to get there. Small room, but nicely furnished, great bed.

Magic place with attention to detail and a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. This is a true gem. The owner previously ran a 5 star boutique hotel and this is reflected in Ekenäs Gård as well. Next time we will spend a few more nights!

Everything! The hotel is clean, comfortable and they have thought of everything down to the last detail. If you're interested in design there are so many hidden gems dotted around the hotel. The breakfast was fresh with loads of options - delicious.

This is a true gem, within a beautiful region. The home is absolutely immaculate, full of character and charm, the breakfast was outstanding, the beds were perfect, we slept amazingly.
We visited over Easter, and in the morning I sat and watched the mist roll over the countryside and deer emerge from the mist into the garden, it was like a dreamscape.

It's a cute little town on rolling hills all the way down to the beach. Good restaurant options, but they are often busy as it is a popular tourist town, so call ahead and book a table. Kivik participates in the "Konstrundan" at Easter, has markets and events in the summer and an apple festival in the Autumn.

Kivik is a small town with a few nice shops and at least one good restaurant. We walked along the sea front and stumbled upon a stone circle in a field of cows. I’d liked to have stayed longer and hiked in the national (?) park just up the road. It was an enchanting area.
Very comfortable room in a cosy garden hotel. Checkin was easy with a code received via sms+email, that allowed us to open the door of the room. Beautiful surroundings. Room was comfortable and clean. Nice bathroom, all very modern. Comfy bed and some nice personal touches in the room. Very delicious breakfast served in the next door cafe. Overall a very nice and comfortable stay.
Mellby Atelier is s wonderful gem in Österlen. The atmosphere is amazing, with beautiful rooms and very comfortable beds. The place is overall very stylish yet cosy. The hosts were absolutely amazing and the breakfast is one of the best we’ve ever had. We can’t recommend this place enough. We’ll definitely be back!!
Amazing place surrounded by beautiful nature. Great place to relax. Many nice places close by (hikes, cafees, pearls on Österlen), so great location (if you have a car).
The owners were very friendly and service minded. The place is the coziest place I’ve visited in a long time, can highly recommend!
The appartement in Kivik is spacious, well equiped and close to nature. We were surprised to see in the evening two deers, a pheasant and some rabbits entering the garden. Alf and Kerstin are great hosts and we like to thank them for the good time we had.
The location on an apple orchard was amazing. It is also super close to the Stenshuvud national park and Kivik which is a good balance between nature and civilization. The host did give us a bottle of organic "Apple Must" and it was so flavourful.
The ventilation could be better (no air-conditioning) so can get hot at night if warm weather. Some of the hotel could benefit from some fresh paint (mostly outside so nothing that really matters much would just look fresher).
Did not have breakfast during my stay.
Unfortunately, during my stay the nearby restaurant was closed for dinner so the location was not ideal. However there were restaurants open in central Kivik beyond walking distance.
The room was in a tradition farm building which was very attractive located in Kivik. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of local foods to choose from.
The breakfast was great. Comfortable spacious country Scandinavian room with sea view. Amazing host. Extra good points for the cute and very social kittens.
