We were searching for a spot with the family to rest over night before early ferry from Trelleborg. We got typical Swedish architecture of red wooden house. Plenty of space of the house can accommodate large amount of people if needed and it is probably target on big families meetings. It provides plenty of room indoor (2flrs) and outdoor. Plenty of chairs, sofas and bed. I have never seen before fire exits illuminated in the property, so in the worst case there are many approx 4 fire exits, so you will feel/be safe :).

Cool place, design, beautiful neighbors were all welcoming and keen to indicate to us the best beaches.
The place is really quiet and private. The veranda at the back is nice to sit and the house has a really fun decor. Much better than a boring hotelroom. Also the kitchen is very complete with an oven, microwave and also a dishwasher for if you're feeling lazy. Perfect base for birdwatching, we saw a lot just from looking out of the window already. Also the garden is very beautiful and natural instead of the usuall tight green carpet. Would definetely visit again.
This is a great little house, with everything that you could want. We found it very comfortable and enjoyed the location in the quaint little town of Höllviken. Bedding was in good condition, and the kitchen was well equipped.
