Location was great and central. Staff was very helpful, professional and kind. All in all OK and good, but not exceptional. Breakfast was good, with home made cake which was a nice touch. For 1-2 nights it does the job.

You're right in the centre of the town, but you're also right at the heart of the nightlife, and that's noisy. The property itself has very poor sound insulation between the rooms. Expect to hear your neighbours talking in the next room. This won't be a place I return to.
