What a nice town to visit - in the summer. Now it was dark and cold. Plenty of good quality restaurants available but in November everything is in a semi-sleeping mode. We should come back in summer and Falkenberg at its best !

Beautiful and small town for a weekend visit with nice attractions. Falkenberg has a long beach; Skrea Strand and it is a perfect place when the weather is sunny and warm. The Centrum in the city is very nice with a lot of restaurants.
Skrea beach is a good place for walking and relaxing. If you want to swim, it is a perfect place since water is not deep and not many waves in the sea.
Also, Tullbron Bridge , Doktor Promenade(walk along the river) and Vallarana park area are must see.
The shore and promenade along the River Ätran is very good for walking and sight-seeing.
The old town area is beautiful. Many parks in the center of the city.
A perfect town for cycling since most of the attractions can be easily reached by Bicycle.
Outside the town, Yngereds kraftverk (Yngeredsforsen - Döda fallet) is worth visiting if you have Car. Also try to Visit Gekas Ullared shopping center if you are staying for more than one or two days.
The staff that was responsive and tried to fix what the hotel was not ready for. If one pays 350$/night, the place should adhere to the certain standards of service. Poor manager was doing everything she could to fix the mess. I am so thankful to her for all her efforts to save our vacation. That is the only reason why I am not giving this place a negative mark.
Everything was perfect, well received by staff and careful with the information and available on the phone all the time, clean and the whole accommodation was fresh and comfortable, central in Falkenberg, everything is nearby from shops to buses, it also took 10 minutes walk to the Canal.
Very nice hotel in the middle of Falkenberg. Staff was very friendly and wanted to recommend a restaurant, we already had a reservation for the night, but it was very appreciated. Room was clean and the bathroom was very nice. Easy to dim the whole room and the temperature was perfect.
This small old hotel was absolutely the best accommodation we have had in the last two weeks of driving around Sweden! The room was large, very nicely furnished, excellent views and all add an extraordinary price. Parking was also immediately available.
Excellent location! Falkenberg seems like an idyllic little town, will definitely return to explore more of it and specifically to stay at this location again. Short walk to the beach, kids loved it. Dog loved the fenced in back yard.

Cozy small apartment hotel that is nice clean and comfortable. It is just a few minutes walk from the city center but in an area that is calm and quiet. Nice garden with some tables for a coffee in the sun.
A spacious house with a beautiful garden view. Easy checkin process and very helpful hosts. It was an easy walking distance into the center of town. We will definitely stay again when visiting Falkenberg!
Wonderful hotel in a perfect location. Loved the view of the river from our room. It is right on the Kattegattleden bike trail. Breakfast was delicious. Would stay here again.
