Private. Very close to train station and Kungsängen central. Close to water. Easy check in and the apartment itself is lovely.
But the sense of privacy and a great comfort and convince level is the best.
The apartment is a separate building from the house which wasn't clear for me from the beginning.
Parking right outside is also great.

The lobby looks good, the hotel provides 24/7 free water and coffee, also, the iron was provided at request and I could return it at the check-out.
Location is okay if you travel for business and conferences around Kista, otherwise, I would not recommend it, it's far from the center and you might have difficulties with transportation during the night, only possible by taxi/Uber.
Near the hotel, there is a park, it's perfect for walks, runs in the morning.
