We were given complimentary breakfast by the receptionist as we made Haj, he was so kind but unfortunately I forgot his name. MR Muhammed Al Blooshi was also very professional and helpful. Lastly, the room I stayed in had a window, allowing for natural sunlight to brighten up the space.
