- Rooms are spacious.
- Staff is supportive.
- Ample parking space available.
- 24 hours free shuttle service available for Masjid al Haram.
- Proximity to Zamzam Bottles Dispensing Plant.
- Value for money.
The only complaint is the shuttle bus service. Which is not really good you have to wait for hours to get the bus from Al Haram to hotel. I recommend use the local buses which is route number 4 and stop is Bin Dawood alazizia. Last and the most important thing most of them can’t speak English so you are your own very hard to communicate. It would be better if they hire English speaking drivers as they are driving the people from round the world.
