During our hotel stay, we were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded us to a better room. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a variety of delicious options. Our room was quiet, comfortable, and the hotel is located near Al Haram. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
The only complaint is the shuttle bus service. Which is not really good you have to wait for hours to get the bus from Al Haram to hotel. I recommend use the local buses which is route number 4 and stop is Bin Dawood alazizia. Last and the most important thing most of them can’t speak English so you are your own very hard to communicate. It would be better if they hire English speaking drivers as they are driving the people from round the world.
