I arrived and was welcome very friendly. The English language from the lady at the reception, who is the owner of the hotel is very good. The rooms are super clean and opposite to other hotels, they have everything in the room you need. For example cups and water boiler. I will definitely book again here.

Apartments in the center of the city. Small but cozy. Fully equipped.
The owner lives in the neighboring apartment.
City of Subotica has a long and rich history. It has a lot of monuments, beautiful building, a lot of nice streets for casual city stroll, beautiful restaurants and it's close to Palić. You can also visit Vinarija Zvonko Bogdan and if you previously booked wine tasting tour it can be a very pleasant experience. There is also a lot of beautiful nature scenery where you can go and just relax.

It is an interesting city with much green, beautiful buildings, rich cultural heritage. We were especially interested in the art nouveau buildings. Lots of the buildings can be seen from inside. The city museum is also very enjoyable. Good cafes, nice walks, pleasant stay for several says. To visit Palic is an extra, don't miss it.

Nice city to complete your day with Novi Sad or Sombor.
Nice city to complete your day with Novi Sad or Sombor. If you look for a relax options, Subotica is a good place, not big but also no small. There are a lot of grill fast food, serbian restaurants and bars and pubs. Really nice art nouveau architecture, don't miss the synagogue! 1 hour to visit the centre is enought if you are travelling with your car. By bus there are several connections to Novi Sad and also buses to Sombor (6:10, 10:00 and 14.45) it's almost 1,5h because stops in all the villages. At the time we were there (may 2024) train was not working.
Accomodations for good price and also food is cheap.

Very nice town, with a relaxed atmosphere.
Very nice town, with a relaxed atmosphere. Very friendly & helpful people.
Older style streets lined with trees which made for a very pleasant, cool environment even in 34C. Newer streets & areas complete opposite - we've lost the plot somewhere along the line.
Several places of interest & museums e.g. the China museum was interesting & the guide was very good. 160+ steps to the top of the tower giving great views of the city.
A little quirk is that if you don't buy your bus tickets at the bus station and need to catch the bus from the bus station, you have to pay a platform/entry fee to the station (Beograd is the same).

A very beautiful small town even more Hungarian than Serbian.
I recommend scheduling a tour of the Town Hall (and its observation deck) at 12:00 from Tuesday to Saturday.
The central square is more beautiful at night than during the day: buildings and fountains are very beautifully illuminated.

Subotica is a nice little town, clean, coquette and the main attractions are located close to each other, meaning that you can explore the town during a nice, peaceful walk admiring the architecture, the beautiful renovated art nouveau buildings. Also, the town has a lot of shade, a lot of big trees, making it really confortable during summer.
Clean, well equipped room (nice fridge) with A/C.
Well located for the border. You can walk 20 minutes to the city center and visit beautiful Subotica.
There is an excellent pizzeria , a nice sandwich booth, and nice buren shop, a small supermarket, all 3 minutes walk from the flat.
A special commend for our host lady who went out of her way to help us when our car broke down en route to France and that we couldn’t speak Serbian or find a garage by ourselves. She’s a real angel!
Apartment owners are very friendly and helpful. My family and I have stayed in the apartments twice, and both times, everything was great. The location is excellent — just a three-minute walk from the city center. The apartments are quiet, clean and have a small courtyard. Now, whenever we go to Subotica, we know where we'll stay.
Modern apt. In good location of Subotica we stayed 3 families only for one night, we arrived late due to traffic they help us to check in all you need is in this spacious apartament we are recommending as good price for good quality place to sleep
