We've visited this place several times before, so we knew what to expect and there were no surprises.
The hotel is situated on a prime location, could be problems getting parking in front of it for 20 RON/day, but there's additional nearby for just 10 RON/day.

I had a wonderful experience for 3 days in Sibiu. We had the best accommodation at Transylvanian Valley: central but very quiet location, welcoming rooms and a dreamy inner courtyard where we enjoyed our coffee. Actually everything here was great, and our host (Filip) really made the difference, even giving us recommendations about places in Sibiu. Transylvanian Valley is a place where you want to come back for sure.

Absolutely beautiful city, a gem of Eastern Europe. So Clean and tidy, people spoke perfect English. Plenty of great food and amazing history to discover. Positioned perfectly for trips to the surround hills and mountains. So much history to explore too.

Lovely old town with small and large square and lots of interesting and colorful architecture. I recommend to visit the Brukenthal National Museum and of course the beautiful bridge of lies (by night extra special). We travelled with our two dogs and saw no stray dogs in Sibiu.

Great historical city with a cosmopolitan feel and surroundings worth exploring also depending on the season. Paltinis has decent skiing (24km away) and Dumbrava is a cute recreational area. Very clean and well maintained central area.

We visited the upper and lower town, the city walls and took lots of pictures of the eyes of Sibiu. It’s a very walkable small city. We also visited, on the recommendation of our host, the Astra National Ethnographic Museum Complex. We ate traditional Romanian dishes and drank local craft beer at Restaurant La Bubu.

Very comfortable place, at few steps to Podul Minciunilor and Piața Mică. We found easily a parking spot just in front of the house. Nearby, a cosy coffee place and a market. The host was very responsive and kind. We appreciated also the good books in the appartement (Shakespeare, Molière and many other authors) reminding us that Sibiu is the city of the best theater festival in Romania.

We loved the room as soon as we walked in! We had the delux king bed and let me tell you, it was a dream! The room is HUGE, with wrap around windows, work desk and a wonderful bathroom! Pure white sheets and towels. Cristina works the front desk and the breakfast area. She was the nicest person; very helpful, kind, smart and always with a big smile on her face! Great job!!! We will definitely come back here while in Romania!

The room is tiny, but very cozy, comfortable, and clean. I enjoyed the staying and only regret that we didn't stay there for longer. Sibiu is one of the most beautiful cities in Romania, I would like to return here someday and stay for a bit longer. And of course, I would prefer to stay in Roomzzz again.
Great location, by the way - I did walk on foot through the entire Old Town from here.
We think it was the best sleep we had during our trip around România! The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathrooms have strong water pressure and a very authentic style. The host was of great help and an amazing communicator. We did not miss on any other required facility. Sibiu is a beautiful city and the Casa Brainer felt like..acasa. We will make sure to return again on future trips!

The Craft Inn is a really lovely hotel. Very secure, clean and beautifully designed. Our room was compact but had everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again. A short walk to the centre of Sibiu and very close to the train station. The breakfast was excellent too, with lots of homemade Romania jams and preserves. I would highly recommend.

The staff was very friendly and helped us when we asked them for. The location itself is out of the ordinary, not your typical hotel. I can only recomend it. The breakfast consisted also in vegetables, cheese and eggs from a farm run by the same staff. The dinner menu had a lot of romanian dishes to offer.
Best 3 things about this hotel are:
- Location, in a quiet corner literally just off one of the main squares in Sibiu
- The bed was super comfy, the aircon was very powerful and the shower was nice
- The design of my room was modern, fresh and trendy
