You can do a self check-in. The apartment is really well furnished, it is located in a new building and everything looks brand new. They offer a couple of free drinks, coffee and toiletries. They even have a smart tv with internet access and Netflix. The bath is equipped with a bathtub. They also offer a parking space right next to the building. There's also a market down the street, a few minutes away. Spotless clean.

Excellent place. We had the family apartment, which has two rooms, a huge and a big one. There is a mini fridge and a kettle but that’s it.
The place has a common kitchen, true, but it is used to serve brekfast/lunch, not really for the guests to use as they will.
However the owners are super nice people, you can definitively take a cup or anything from the kitchen if you need it, just don’t expect to cook your food there :)
But there’s no need for that because the breakfast is plenty nad good, the lunch you can pick from a menu-just make sure to order it in time, say, at breakfast so they know to prepare it.
Othervise there is a restaurant in the village at about 1 km, with a la carte menu.
We took advantage of the spa facilities also (awesome), which was at extra cost, and you also need to make arrangements 1 day ahead, as the water heats slowly in the jakuzzi.
We took a hike in the forrest which is behind the facility. It’s an easy hike, we were with two easily whiny kids who managed the hike with ease.
All in all a pleasant stay, would recommend.
