This is the second time I've stayed here and it was just as brilliant second time around. Our room was even bigger this time but just as comfortable with excellent amenities, air conditioning, and a spacious, well-equipped bathroom. Even though the room was on the main street, it has excellent sound proofing so we slept like logs.
Breakfast remains the same as a year ago and just as tasty - a great start to the day with plenty of options to choose from. There's also a nice outdoor terrace to enjoy a coffee on. The location is ideal, just a short walk into the old town and city centre.
I've no doubt that we'll be back again next time we're in Cluj!

Nice and clean city. People are good-looking and very polite, ready to help and cooperate. Parking in the central zone is paid and it is not friendly for foreigners, but there is an application that really works.

A prosperous town with lots of young people (university students). Not much in the way of big attractions. I liked the botanical gardens. I heard there are nice nature-attractions nearby but I didn't get to them.

A lot of option for food, either local or international and all that with affordable prices.
Good night life and happy people, a very positive note for them is also that they all speak english.
When you are in a hurry you can use uber, but basically the old town has everything you need to have fun.

Had to cancel one booking as the location was a mess (dirty sofa, mattress, broken lights, broken chairs, etc. while the reviews are 8.8 Excellent) compared to the very nice photos, Uber driver told me (with my wife and daughter) to go to him in the late raining evening instead of him driving 5 more minutes to get to us. I have this weird feeling that people are more about their image than their real situation (based on a business conference I participated). Messed up traffic - book something at the outskirts of the city and move around without your car. I think there's more marketing about Cluj than the real thing.

I just love Cluj! I have been here not for the first time, I really like to walk for 6-8 hours in the center, visit the park, botanical garden, swimming pool, temples, museums, cafes and restaurants. My favorite city!

The location, the rooms, the balconies, everything was just perfect! And Tudor and Diana was superhelpful and easy to reach. The parking space in the garage was great, the bathroom, the kitchen, the livingroom and the best bed I have ever slept in. Thank you for making our stay in Cluj Napoca in Romania so memorable and how ZEN Suites house made it amazing! We had our wedding in Cluj, and Zen Suites gave us excatly what we needed for all the preparations and for photos and family gathering in the morning of the big day :)
The host is an exceptionally friendly and helpful gentleman. The apartment is super clean, which is something we are very particular about, and Aparthotel Laura exceeded our expectations in that regard. Simple check-in process with clear communication. Loved that the place was spacious yet very homey with an abundance of natural light, which is hard to come by at other places these days for some odd reason. Would definitely return for future stays.
Amazing hospitality, the staff and manager are some of the best I have come to know during my over 16 years of traveling. Everything was great, from the breakfast to the room and hotel amenities, the rooftop restaurant is excellent and the views are spectacular. Very close to the city center, a few minutes ride with the car. Would definitely recommend, I would pick it for every visit in Cluj-Napoca.
Very cozy hotel, situated in a green yard, on a small street far from the main street noise. Walking distance to the city center. Staff very nice and available; we missed breakfast one day and they cooked for us after 11:00 hrs. Next time in Cluj Napoca I would choose the same hotel :)
Luxurious property located in the historic old town of Cluj Napoca. Any cleaning materials needed for the stay were already there. It’s clear that cleanliness and a little luxury are important to the owners. The owners in turn were very helpful and responsive to any questions we had.
The hotel is located centrally, walking distance to all major sights, the WIFI worked well, all the required equipment is provided, the breakfast was ok, there is a supermarket and a bakery on the first floor of the building.
Location is good and close to the Airport and public transportation as well.

The apartment was clean, just like in the pictures, the communication with the host was easy. Good location to explore the city. Free parking provided. I would recommend Covaciul aparthotel to anyone visiting Cluj.
