Great location and friendly staff that helped out quickly when we arrived with quite short notice. The room was impeccably clean and looked exactly like in the pictures. Very good shower (we just came down the mountains from hiking/camping...those who are into mountaineering and also look for a place beyond the Cabana on the way down may understand the importance of this;-)).

The rooms are very clean and have every facility you need during your stay. The staff is very friendly and provides you with any information you might need. They even offered to prepare us coffee for our trip the next day. I appreciated most the possibility of having a late check-in and an early check-out and the communication with the personnel during the reservation. The location is very nice and the yard is tastefully decorated including some playgrounds for kids. It looks like a bit of heaven that fell of the sky unto the earth.

From all our stays in Romania, this one was definitely the best ! If I could rate it 15/10, I would on a heartbeat !
The owner was supra dupra nice and made us feel at home ! He showed us around, and we spent the entire evening talking with him in English, which is something very rare in Romania, at least outside the big touristic areas.
We loved this place so much that we returned the next day, which was not in our plans at the first place ! So if you are sociable and want to socialise, this place is the right one for you !
We stayed in 2 different rooms which were both very nice, with balcony and view either on the mountains, either on the garden.
The kitchen has got everything you might need to cook !
Situated at the foot of Fagaras Mountains in Sambata Valley, Pension Belmonte is near the 17th-century Brancoveanu Monastery. All rooms come with cable TV, balcony and private bathrooms.
We choose the location between Sibiu and Brasov. Someone may find it a little bit faraway, but we really enjoyed the country views and villaged while on the road. The view and the air... ahhh. What can I say? A dream place.
