Very friendly and accommodating staff, we travelled from the Uk and due to the traffic and weather conditions we arrived and checked in at 3 am. The lady from the reception was extremely friendly and polite; the apartment we booked was more than we expected, very large, modern and clean with a very comfortable bed. We also ask for a late check-out and they were able to offer that, with no extra cost.

Appolo has become a slum! You have ruined everything, an infernal noise, the water in some pools is dirty! People with skin problems, with visible bandages enter the pools without restraints! You don't have a ticketing system in 2023, you suffocate in the bathroom! Playing with the ball in the pools is something normal, jumping into the pools is something usual. All afternoon there is an infernal noise from those with speakers who have the impression that everyone appreciates the noise of *taragot with a touch of mane. You made Felix miserable with these grabs. You have become the dream place of the uneducated.

Băile Felix is a good holiday destination but for only 3-4...
Băile Felix is a good holiday destination but for only 3-4 days because it is very small so there's not much to explore. The pools are good but I recommend going there in autumn or spring ( or even winter if you are brave 😊) because in summer the thermal water gets very hot.
What I didn't really like is that the pools close at 8 pm and in summer is when the temperatures go down and you can finally enjoy the thermal water so it doesn't make much sense.

Lovely spa resort 1h drive from skying facilities, and 2min walk to Lotus aqua park, 15min walk to President aqua park. Lots of good restaurants like Rustic. Fresh air, big natural park/ woods nearby with Olympic track and cycling trails.

people are nice, thermal water is a great asset, the whole place is changing and probably will be far better in the future, current status removed a lot of parking spaces from center and made place for bikes, people with special needs now lack proper parking near the center
We like the hotel, it was clean, and the room very spacious, the reception staff help us with all the request that we had. They put an extra bed in our room. The food was very good ( exception been made at our arrivals when the food was very salty). The lady try to accommodate the vegetarian meniu too which is not a easy tasks when you are in Romania, as Romania people eat meat with each meal.

The location was very good, in walking distance from Apollo, the house is not on the main road, so it is quiet. It was very clean and we had everything we needed, everything was according to the presentation. The owner is very friendly and has lots of stories and knows Romania better than some Romanians. The breakfast was excellent and diversified. The atmosphere was very familiar and Christmassy and we felt at home there. We had a great time and hope to return soon.
The Spa and Pools are super-nice, very relaxing, warm water, various indoor/outdoor pools, also some with thermal water, various temperatures.
The restaurant and service are also nice.
What I liked the most (besides the Spa area) was the interior design of the hotel and the room which was great, probably one of the nicest rooms we’ve stayed in.
This hotel & spa is a destination itself so it is 100% a “must stay”. If I get the chance I will come back.
The location was close to Felix center, but it's not a central location. They offer one coffee or tea free of charge in the morning. The rooms were comfy and very clean. It's a family business so you'll have that feeling of familiarity, which is usually missing in a hotel where you know the staff are friendly as an effect of many hours of training, not because they actually care about the guests.
Everything was very good. The location is very well located near the International Hotel and close to the Lotus Therm, right in the centre of the resort. The room was spacious and we enjoyed a well-equipped shared kitchen. We had a parking space right in front of the guesthouse. We liked it very much and we will come back again! For the thermal baths, we recommend Lotus Therm.
The location was a 10 minute walk from the center of Baile Felix. I enjoyed the walk but I can see why it would be tiresome for some people. The rooms were great, clean and modern looking. Friendly staff and very quiet during the day or night. Would definitely choose this location again for a further trip.
The owner (Owen) is a nice Irish man, who is humble, hardworking and honest and who is doing a wonderful job in Romania. I highly recommend his motel (his services) to anyone who is looking for great comfort and great services at very reasonable prices. Good luck Owen... and... Thank you.

The room (actually, they gave me an appartment, thank you so much!) was very clean, spacious, tastefully furnished, with a lot of light. The same goes for the bathroom.

Free parking, very clean hotel, spacious well equipped room with air conditioning. Big comfortable bed. Fridge in room. Really good price for the room and breakfast. Nice swimming pool but needs some chairs and recliners around it.
Wonderful apartment. It had everything you need and it was very very clean. We appreciated that very much. It was also close to restaurants, shops and had a price reduction to the President Aqua Park.
