It is a beautiful, peaceful and wonderful property. The rooms are well equipped, gorgeous and clean. Carla and Bruno were amazing so attentive to your needs and they spoke excellent English. I would highly recommend for a couples retreat if you want perfect peace and quiet. The pool was absolutely delightful, temperature was just right. The views are amazing too.

Very nice stay at Hotel Bienestar Termas de Vizela. Professional and friendly staff, very good wifi, spacious rooms and access to the Vizela baths for guests of the hotel. There is also an easily accessible parking. The breakfast was quite good with portuguese products such as pasteis de nata. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back! Thank you

Vizela is a quiet, rural little town with a very attractive and cosy marketplace surrounded by beautifull hills and in the neighbourhood of Guimaraes, a town known as the cradle of Portugal and recognised in 2001 by UNESCO as World Heritage.
The guesthouse is linked with a Michelin 1star restaurant. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive at all times. Our room was very quiet as the guesthouse is located on park-like, very green premises with the hotel right next to it. There is a pool and tennis court/ football pitch combo. There was free mineral water at any time of the day. Breakfast was very good too. Vizela centre is about 15-20 mins walk away.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Everything is renovated, the room was very comfortable, huge bed, air conditioning is perfect, never too hot nor too cold, the breakfast was excellent and the Thermas... OMG, perfection! I don't remember when I felt that relaxed.
It's a good hotel near a park with lots of cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. There is a bus stop 50m away and the station is 10mins on foot. In fact, everything you need like shops, supermarket, restaurants, cafes, etc. is within easy walking distance.
Everything was great, the house is great and very well maintained.
The host is very helpful and allow to make a small reception party for my family and friends before wedding.
Great place to relax and enjoy garden and pool right in Vizela city center.
The spa was really good and the staff is friendly and the hotel is cheap, if they improve on the breakfast and on climatization, this would be an amazing choice value for money
The pool and the Vichy massage were excellent.
The city park was right next to the hotel, a good place for a late afternoon walk, and great restaurants nearby.
