This accommodation was very pleasant, the owners were looking afer us more than one can expect. They were unbelievably nice and willing to help and comfort us any time. Their offered breakfasts were very rich - fresh fruit from the orchard variety of food to choose from and also drinks of different kinds. Which was an excellent start of the day.

The house was nice and the people was very friendly.
We recieved apples, potatoes and carrots from our hosts. There was also a garden where we could pick vegetables ourselfs.

We simply loved everything! Great hosts, an excellent location in a nice setting with vineyards, chickens and a donkey. Delicious offering of self produced products (wine, vinegar, jams, honey, eggs).

We had a wonderful stay for our anniversary. The hospitality was outstanding, and the breakfast made us feel like aristocrats. It was a cold night but João kept the rooms nice and warm and was always available for anything we needed.

This is a new hotel built in a rural area in the interior of Portugal. If you hire a car there is an abundance of things to see in the region. You feel sometimes as travelling back in the past mainly due to the old churches and manor houses.
The spa facilities are a bonus. The breakfast was included and very good with plenty to choose from. We had dinner one night and the food was amazing.
I would go back and happily stay for a week or even more!

We stayed here 5 nights with a family of four (two children of 9 and 12). We enjoyed the friendly countryside atmosphere. First three nights in the villa with private pool and last two nights in bungalow next to hotel. Both very nice. We loved the breakfast.
Great location to explore north Portugal (Porto, Braga, Guimares, national parks, hiking, etc).
And do not forget to check out the nice little garden with fountains behind the pool...
The hotel is very clean and has a modern vibe. Our first room was a twin room and it was a little small. We upgraded for the suite and it was twice the size with a balcony and a view. Well worth the extra few $. The bed was very comfortable! The staff was very friendly and quick to help with anything you need.
We will stay here again.
The property is beautifully refurbished and the swimming pool and gardens are wonderfully serene.
The owners are so helpful and welcoming, we have no reservation recommending the hotel.
The hotel is x10 time prettier than the pictures.. the hotel is fuly renovated , the rooms are amazing, the garden behind the swimming pool is amazing.. for me it's 5 star hotel
