After stressful ride there the very helpful host helped us to get the bike into the best parking area. Food and drink on site
We golfed at the Palace Golf Course. Not many places to eat in Vidago, but we did find a great pizza place. Even though they were not "technically" open, they did fix a wonderful pizza and mixed salad for us. Nothing else was open so this was a wonderful surprise. Original owner has passed away, but his son now has taken it over and makes his pizza from scratch.
Property is very well renovated. You can tell that owners of this hotel is taking a very good care of the property. They have a beautiful vineyards next to it, vinery that host will gladly show you and tell everything about it and a nice pool to relax in.
This is not the first time we have visited Vidago and we are pleased to say that the breakfast has become much better. And overall the hotel is very pleasant, it is calm and serene, which is valuable nowadays
